Surprised this place has not been reviewed much before. All the food has been delicious and service has been wonderful during our stay. Enjoyed brunch as a family and our kids loved it! Especially the cereal options which they enjoyed mixing together. Amelia greeted us and explained our options. She greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our meal. You can choose a full buffet, cooked to order options or two breakfast tacos. My family had the buffet which includes beverages of your choice, a variety of pasties, warm breakfast options and cook to order omelets. I opted for the breakfast tacos and they are some of the best I’ve ever had. Filling and flavorful. Eggs were fluffy, papas were cooked perfectly, bacon had the right amount of crisp and tortillas were fresh.
Ordered off the main menu last night for dinner and also were very pleasantly surprised with all of our meals. Pizza was HUGE! Right amount of cheese, tasty sauce and good crust. Even cold it was still good! Chicken tenders were meaty and the ranch dipping sauce tasted homemade. The grilled chicken sandwiches were delicious! Juicy with fresh ingredients, crispy fries and the side of fruit was exceptionally large.
All the bartenders were great too! Drinks were tasty and they weee happy to accomodate any drink requests we had.
Overall we had a great time at the Hilton Garden Inn. The rooms were clean, staff were all friendly, food was delicious, drinks were flavorful and the location was great. Close to the River Walk and plenty to do within walking distance.
