I can see why this place got a best burger award. Cream cheese always makes everything better! Very solid burger. The ambience of the roadhouse was top notch. The waitress was also attentive. Glad I got to check this place out while I was in town.

I can’t remember if I have left a review at this place or not but if I did it’s good enough to leave another one! I found out about this place through coworkers and it doesn’t disappoint. The service is fast and the burgers are good! Everytime I’m in the area I stop by. It’s a highly recommend place to go. They bought the building next door so now there’s more room for seating. I get the western burger with no onions and it hits the spot. I also get the peanut butter chocolate milkshake! Prices are good as well. Worth the money!

So let me set the scene. I rolled up starving and trying to be efficient like a responsible adult, so I ordered online. The system hit me with a 1:15 pickup time which felt kinda long, but whatever. I figured they were busy. About 45 minutes later I get there and honestly, it looked like a Walmart on Black Friday. Servers sprinting around, tickets literally spilling out of the printer like confetti, people waiting everywhere. I even watched a couple tables get up and leave, and the folks who stayed all had that sad, thousand-yard stare like they’d given up hope. At that point I started wondering if my order even existed.
Then they finally found my number and I thought ok cool, progress. Except I didn’t get the “we’re making your food” text until an hour and 45 minutes after I placed the order. At that point I was two seconds from rolling out a sleeping bag and claiming a corner. The servers were super nice though, like genuinely trying their best while the kitchen was clearly hanging on by a thread.
After waiting one hour and 48 minutes total, the bag finally hit my hands. Victory. I got home, opened it up, and… the sweet potato fries were room temp. The burger was actually pretty solid though, warm and tasty, so points for that.
Honestly, I’m sure this place hits different on a normal day. Lunch might be fine. But the Friday night rush? That’s a no from me. Lesson learned.

Order 2 Chicago style hot dogs about 40 to 50 minutes before pick up got there at 7 o’clock. They were not ready. I waited 24 minutes longer. I walked in the door as a woman was coming out. I said, what’s the name on that order? She says it starts with a C i said that’s me, she said, i’m very sorry. Your food has been overpriced ever since COVID. Your staff has always been underpaid and I’m guessing, but I don’t know that your landlord is the one who wants a percentage of your profits on top of the rent. If you can’t run a business equally and profitably, where you’re at, then move to a different location and treat your employees right and adjust your prices. I am not coming back. Your employees are not my problem. They’re your employees you pay them. I forgot to mention why I put the pictures of the hot dogs if you look closely.One is a full length of the bun, and the other is a regular hot dog.

I wish I got our waitresses name because she was so sweet and very accommodating to our needs. (Pretty eyes with a piercing) Will for sure come back to dine in this establishment if I’m ever in the area again. I probably wouldn’t order the chili cheese fries just because the shredded cheese seemed too dry for my liking but it had a good flavor to it. The hamburgers are huge but very tasty.

We waited until after 3pm to miss the lunch crowd, we did not miss the crowd. Thankfully, they have additional indoor areas. So, accommodations… good. Servers were very friendly and informative. They also have different recipe buns that accentuate the whole burger experience. Jalapeno / cheese bun for me, thank you very much. So, beef good. Really good burger and was made to perfection. If you drive by and your hungry, just stop. You will not regret it, it was really tasty.

Was surprised how quickly we were served even though they were packed inside, outside, and in the extended building. Don’t be fooled by the number of cars in the lot. There always seems to be seating available.
When you enter, we found it funny that the staff asks how many in the party, because they always follow up with, “Sit where you like.” The staff is upbeat, friendly, and on the ball. Kudos!
The food did not disappoint. Everything was delicious! Although it’s a drive for us to get there, it is well-worth the effort. Looking forward to other menu adventures there.

This place is a very small place. There is not much room inside so it is quaint, but they have a patio you can dine at. My salad was huge and delicious. My family loved their burgers. I will definitely come back to eat when in the area.
