I truly do not have anything negative to say, however the experience was a 3 star experience. The food tastes good, not outstanding. The service was good but we had a communication challenge due to our server spoke / understood very little English.

It’s worth drive to go their location in Wayne. The service is very subpar and the food is extremely disappointing. Multiple times I have been served dry, burnt, stringy chicken. The last time it came with some meted plastic from the knife they rested on the dish. They have served me frozen salsa. The manager constantly sits and scrolls videos during service. And the videos go over the speaker system too. It’s just not a good dinner spot.

A little restaurant in a gas station and amazing food very fresh tasting. I loved the tortillas. I had steak and my significant other ordered huevos rancheros. The restrooms for the restaurant are in the gas station next store. Also there was nice friendly service and fast too. Despite being at a gas station a lot of local families seemed to eat there. I enjoyed our meal very much really good salsa too. The bacon on my steak was crispy and flavorful just right but there was a lot of bacon plus a good steak so I had to share some. Definitely not a lighter portions place. The rice really fluffy too and very good refried beans.

Wasn’t bad, but they advertised chimichanga were deep fried, mine was straight out of a microwave. And I love crispy chimi, so my only flaw. Hostess was sweet n polite.

First time I went to Fiesta Brava I wasn’t really impressed with the food, or the atmosphere. However, the prices are affordable, specifically the specials, and the food portions are good sizes. It took another visit and different food order for me to decide that it’s worth 4 star rating.
My second visit was with a larger group of people, the waitress was attentive, delicious chips and salsa, the food was ready quickly after ordering. This is a great choice if your looking for authentic Mexican cuisine in a small town.

Very put off by the staff talking with each other very loudly, we had to speak up to have a conversation across the table. My fajita salad was good although I asked for no cheese sauce it was on it. Spouse’s burrito was flavorless, they passed “canned beef” off as beef tips. Pretty chilly in restaurant.

Standard Mexican fare. Above expectations for sit-down Mexican food in rural Nebraska. A good variety of choices on the menu. Margaritas we’re so-so. Chips were good, salsa ok. Value ok. Other reviewers gripe about the grumpy waiter, but you’d be grumpy too if your livelihood depended on waiting on the likes of grumpy reviewer-types. Put up with bad service and double your tip- you’ll get to Heaven quicker.
