9/26/25 @ approximately 6 pm. The worst experience I’ve ever had at McD’s. Could not get anyone’s attention to help me with my order. Figured out the kiosk system with the help of another customer. Nothing printed, nothing showed me how to proceed with getting my order. I saw a number pop up on the screen and thought that might be my order number. Stood against the window waiting to see what happened, saw another customer standing at the counter and a worker appeared from the back with a bag of food and an empty cup. He said it wasn’t his. She took a deep breath, looked down and called out the number I thought was mine. I walked up to the counter and before I even got there, she saw me and walked away. I said to the guy at the counter “I guess this is mine – customer service isn’t what it used to be.” I picked up the plastic glass, went to the filthy drink station and decided to stick with the water I had in the car. I was driving out of town so I didn’t open the sandwich until I had pulled away. It was the worst looking double cheese burger I have seen. Meat and cheese running off the side, bun so greasy I couldn’t even hold it. I just threw it in the bag and decided to never stop there again. Even the french fries were bad. Tasted like cardboard. Absolutely terrible – in every aspect of the experience! That was the last $9 I spend at the Lavonia McDonalds.

Consistently fast, friendly, accurate, and properly prepared food. We stop here for breakfast at least twice a week and this location MacDonalds has it together. We know that we’re going to get our order fast and it’s going to be correct every time. Friendly and polite staff. This should be the model store for training new employees.

Everything was cold, and the main thing that was for my kids was not included in their happy meal, which was a cheeseburger. Then tried to call to inform them not to get a refund or anything like that already got that handled, but no one wanted to answer the phone at all. This McDonalds has been going down hill. There night shift is absolutely awful wether your delivering, in house, or drive through.

Manager, Daniel Isbell, set a good example of how you should run a business. His staff is remarkably knowledgeable about the restaurant’s menu, they’re very respectful & courteous, & they know what they’re job duties are & what is expected of them. We definitely need MORE Daniel’s in your corporation.

We just ordered two of the new Chicken Big Mac’s, which were put in correctly, but just to get home to find that we were given two regular Big Macs. This is the second incident we’ve had here with laziness and incorrectness. The first was with fries that weren’t even cooked but soaked in grease. Get it together.

Upon arrival we were greeted nothing really pleasant just how can I help you. My husband said a mcchicken then I said and the 2 for $2.39 sausage he then said and the $2.39 sausage biscuits.

We waited for a little while I believe we said a word or two to each other, then heard the other drive thru person closing up an order to our right.

My husband said hello? The young lady said yes.
He said are we finished?
She replied I’m waiting on you.
He said we ordered. I previously said 2 sausage biscuits
Then She said and a chicken biscuit
He said yes

We drove to the first window where she a young black female was mumbling I’m not dealing with this this morning arguing with me (something along those lines) then the other young white female came from behind and looked out at us in our car so I took a picture of them since I didn’t see name tags.

She handed us back our card with the white young lady still staring at us no one said good morning or thank you. Which we didn’t expect with the level of service they were providing.

We went to the next window to pick up our food. The woman was about to hand us our food then said let me check to make sure all 3 sandwiches are in here. Gave us our bag and said thank you have a blessed day with a smile. Thank you CRYSTAL for the five star service.

That was rude and I don’t believe the standard of this McDonald’s corporation.

The sausage biscuits were soft and delicious however the chicken biscuit was hard, the chicken was cooked well.

The 4 stars instead of one is for CRYSTAL, ALLISON the manager and The Customer Service Team behind the scenes

I was greeted with lack of enthusiasm. I was served very cold coffee and a cold biscuits. When I returned them, I received a very sarcastic response instead of a sincere apology. This place needs to up its game in quality control and public service. I’ve been to McDonald’s customer for many, many years and almost always received good service and product. I’ve never had to do this before but this place needs some work.

Manager on staff this morning name” Daniel” was very rude, to one of the emplyees “Lorene” in front of all of us and other customers in restraunt ,, I confronted him to let him know he was not professional in doing this in front of others, He got loud with me in front of all the people in dinning area, He was loud and telling me that he was the boss and she was his employee.. I agreeded with him you may be the boss but you dont need to disrespect the elderly and loyal employee 20 years of service.. I spoke with two additional supervisiors one came in to speak with him and the other was on vacation. but she said she would address the matter.. I am standing up for the employee he disrespected in fron of us. I sure hope this gets resolved and I would love your feed back, it just breaks my heart for him to downgrade the elderly. I so think she can file a suit against him in this manner, if she really wanted to because she has a church van full of witnesses..
