I rarely write reviews, except for exceptionally poor or exceptionally great experiences. I moved to STL from MA in 2022 and I have found decent chinese/asian food around but nothing that tastes like home and always one or two things I like from one place but not another. This restaurant is it!!!! I ordered the general two’s combo plate with pork fried rice and a crab rangoon (no up-charge for either) and chicken lo mein w/ added veggies ($1), paid less than $20 and received generous portions. This is the FIRST restaurant i’ve tried where the fried rice has been good. Not even just good… theirs is FANTASTIC. We’ve tried 4 or 5 different places in the area and nobody has gotten the fried rice down besides this one. They gave me 2 crab rangoons which actually had crab and a perfectly balanced sweet/savory filling, arguably the best rangoons I’ve had here. The general tso’s chicken has a light fluffy batter and QUALITY chicken inside (I check my bites because sometimes the battered chicken is sketchy, but not here). The veggies and chicken in the lo main were fresh and they didn’t skimp. Lastly, this is a quaint family owned business and you can tell when you arrive that it’s family owned and operated! The food took slightly longer for an online order than other local places, but for the quality of the food it is so worth it. This will be my new and only restaurant when I’m craving chinese food!!!

New Ho’s is fantastic — and has the BEST crab rangoons in town! (A family member commented that you could lure her absolutely anywhere, just lining the rangoons up like rose petals along a trail.) I’ve used their website twice to order online and schedule delivery for a delayed date, and they’ve done a brilliant job of fulfilling exact requests, packaging the food well, and having an incredibly cheery driver bring the meal right on time. The cashew chicken and egg foo young are exceptional and have kept us coming back for more and more — big, delicious portions with options for everybody (different meats, all veg, etc.). I also appreciate that they don’t use MSG and the entrees are always freshly prepared. New Ho’s is a hidden gem…total delight!

Tried a new place and loved it. Had the garlic chicken with adjusted spice. Hard to find shrimp St. Paul sandwich. Both were excellent and the sandwich large. Friendly service.

Tried this place out last night and I’m happy to say it lives up to the hype. The food was amazing and I’m very picky when it comes to Chinese food. The veggies were super fresh and flavors were delicious. I was a little disappointed that the crab cheese wontons didn’t come with sauce, but for the first time ever it turned out I didn’t even need it! I thoroughly enjoyed them without, you could even see the little chunks of crab. The veggie lo mein was exactly what I’ve been looking for but haven’t found elsewhere. The orange chicken had a really good flavor sauce but I personally wouldn’t order it again because of the texture. I’m also ordered extra veggies but they were nowhere to be found… As you can see, a few minor criticisms but overall I’m very happy to have found this place and it will be our new go-to spot for Chinese! I look forward to trying new things from their menu.

The food is really good and reasonably priced. Me and my mom came here while we were visiting the area. We thought that the food was so good and made plans that if we were ever in the area again that we would eat here a second time. We did and the food was just as good. The service is good and the workers are friendly and helpful. If I lived in the area I would eat here often. Please try this place.

Completely left off almost $10 in food that we picked up. Called to inform the restaurant and they claimed that they have no way to refund because we placed the order online. Offered our credit card number that we paid with and they refused to take it and acted as if they were confused. Almost $70 in food spent. Make sure you check your order before leaving. We will never visit this restaurant again. Horrible customer service after working all day and now don’t have the dinner we paid for.
Edit: Two attempts to be reimbursed for the food that they did not provide us. Called again today and offered to come back in with our credit card. I was talked over, rudely told we ordered something different (not, the online order and receipt clearly show the food) then they started laughing stating they would not refund. I’m absolutely floored. Called my credit card company and explained that we have exhausted our efforts. Had to dispute the charges.

The hunt is finally over!!!! THIS IS THE SPOT. You want the north county type of Chinese food your used 2? Well this is the closest we have found in years of living in St. Peter’s area. Very good very flavorful. Not mush or bland…. Now the rice was good but had a couple hard grains but I’m telling you even my kids asked where was this food from . 9/10 definitely recommend

Most of the food is tasty! DON’T get chow mein if you want crispy noodles.

We gave Ho’s Chinese Kitchen a try over the weekend and were extremely impressed. The crab rangoon were huge and absolutely amazing. We also tried the chicken on a stick, vegetable mein, hot & sour soup, and egg drop soup. I would recommend any of those! The food was served hot and fresh and the service was friendly and great! 5 stars all the way around!!
