Good pollo!!! We’ll seasoned and juicy. The sides and deserts are good as well. If you want your order modified, brush up on your Spanish or pull out your Google translator

MISTAH
This Pollo Tropical location is my go-to, and I never had an issue here up until recently. The last three times I visited this location, the chicken has been over-grilled and very dry.
I didn’t complain the first couple of times; however, I did bring it to the evening shift manager’s attention this evening around 11:15 PM. He just nodded and didn’t say anything, basically gave me the impression that he didn’t care and just wanted me to leave the drive-thru.
The young lady who took my order was nice and did swap out the dry pieces; however, those pieces were dry as well. Someone from corporate really needs to drop in and inspect the operation to ensure the person conducting the grilling is doing it properly. The person grilling the chicken is not doing it properly. I absolutely HATE dry chicken. Pollo has increased their prices, which is fine however with the price increase, customers deserve great food and not extremely dry chicken!
I never had an issue when the evening shift manager used to be this Spanish woman who actually managed well and knew how to handle situations. The new male manager in the evening/nights seems a bit lost and should really work on his communication skills with customers.

I have been coming to this Pollo Tropical location for quite some time because I work nearby and it has always been convenient. Unfortunately, the customer service has declined significantly.
On several recent visits, the staff at the counter displayed a poor attitude when my order was prepared incorrectly and needed to be fixed. Instead of handling the situation professionally, there were visible expressions of annoyance and unwelcoming behavior.
As customers, we pay for our meals, which are not inexpensive, and we expect respectful and courteous service. Sadly, my last few experiences have been consistently disappointing.
Because of this, I am seriously reconsidering returning to this location

I’m a fan of polo tropical, i had family in town and we stopped at this location to get a quick bite and it did not let me down. The cashier was great with a smile and the workers with the open cooking area took the initiative to put love in my food. The choppy bowl was so big that I had enough for leftovers.

As far as food in Miami, its great for a quick meal! The chicken is nicely cooked and I suggest to add one of their sauces to your meal, you won’t regret it.

Went to order a family meal and the girl at the outside drive thru didn’t understand me that well so I had someone speak to her in Spanish. When I got to the window the girl spoke English and asked her three times if what I had ordered was the family meal she said yes. When I got a single container I told the girl this is not a family meal let me order more, she refused and stated I would have to go back through the line to reorder.

This place can be a bit chaotic. They got our order wrong the first time, but it was straightened out eventually. It’s easier to eat here if you speak Spanish.
The place could use a better ordering and pickup system and a bit more cleaning, but overall, it is serviceable.

Our order was packaged and was missing a few items along with a few other issues.
-4 different sauces for different items were missing
-Only had 1 piece of eating utensils for several items

This was the closet sit down restaurant I was near from my hotel. I’m not from Miami so maybe I’m missing something because I see a lot of 5 stars. This place was horrible. The only good thing was the plantains which I originally ordered as a side but the cashier forgot. I couldn’t understand the cashier and she barely could understand me for one, the meat was sooooo dry and tough for two and it was overpriced for trash service and food. Definitely would’ve went to Burger King next door if I knew what I knew. Never again !!!
