I usually love to go to outback steakhouse for our special occasions, even in different states we love their food. We just moved to this area a year ago we came here at the end of 2024 and the food was perfect and the staff were nice! I went on my birthday the lady whi served us was okay but not the best we let them know when we walked in that we are celebrating a birthday and we put it on our reservation online. My steak order i asked for it to be well done, it had a lot of fat more than meat and it was burnt. They didn’t do anything about the bday, they gave us the check and empty bags to leave we had to tell them again that we have a bday celebration for them to come with some ice cream…

This was an extremely positive experience from the host to the server (Kaitlyn, I believewas her name) and the young lady who delivered our meals to the table.
Our Steaks were cooked to the requested temperature. No complaints from us.

Joe was our server and he was amazing. When me and my party got sat, his section immediately got full and even with the amount of people he was serving he still managed to give me and my party amazing service. He was very attentive and super friendly. It’s hard to find good service from most places nowadays so it was refreshing. Thank u Joe!

For my husbands birthday he requested our family go to outback steak house .
Not only did the staff accommodate us when we were running late by pushing our reservation back, but we were greeted at the door and seated immediately. They set the table up beautifully , and we never went with out drinks or table bread.
When we were all ordering drinks our grandmother couldn’t lift the original glass she was given , and they immediately went and got her a lighter one.
When it came time to order our server Jasper took his time and was not rushy or impatient but kind and helpful.
Each staff member worked together. It was so refreshing to see that there is a place where people still work as a team..
There was a mix up at one point which Jasper caught , and they did not hesitate to fix it quickly. The manager came over Even offering the guest who the mix up happened to accommodation.
They came out offering a dessert to my husband and sang a birthday song for him. He was so surprised.
It was fun to have outback steakhouse I. Gainesville a part of the family last night . Because that’s what it felt like .
You all did an amazing job , outstanding service , outstanding management, amazing atmosphere.
We Will definitely recommend you to all of Friends, Family and Clients .

We were a party of 5, sat us down quick but it took about 20 mins for our server to even acknowledge us. We ordered and we constantly had to get our servers attention to ask for the items that were ordered with our meal, they forgot the ribs, Mac and cheese, we asked for the burger well done but they gave it to us medium cooked. My steamed broccoli was too salty.. we’re not a picky bunch but we know this isn’t the quality we came for so I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. Wait for Texas Roadhouse, Outback in Gainesville Ga is NOT worth it.

I understand that busy days sometimes all businesses can be shorthand I get that but in my visit this time was the worse ever.
My service person was not paying attention at all. I requested water with lemon she said there was no lemons cut, I did not get no silverware , they brought my soup but I had no utensils to eat with , I ask for them and she brought napkins . I request an alcohol drink (she did not ID me) it took her nearly 15 min to bring me the drink , my order was very easy I was trying to get something easy because it was pretty much busy and I get that. Then another person brought me someone else’s food that belonged to the next table good thing I caught the mistake on time and foos were giving to the correct persons. Also She took orders to persons who came in after me when I raised my hand to let her know that I was there first she loudly said hold down a min. Anyway after she took my order it didn’t take long for my food to be delivered, food was great then when I asked for lemon she brought me old lemons with very rude attitude tours me but very friendly with the rest of the persons. Was it because I’m Hispanic ??

Me and my family went to Outback today for the first time, and I gotta say, the food and atmosphere were just outstanding. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the service was top-notch. I ordered a meal to go, and this sweet young lady named April helped us out. She was real friendly, patient, and just a pleasure to deal with. We asked for a few extra sauces and utensils, and she made sure we had everything we needed with a big ol’ smile. April is a wonderful worker and a great contribute to this location. I will be coming back!

Very nice place with good atmosphere, and very friendly workers. Fast service and delicious food, I ordered The Bone in Ribeye which I recommended medium rare, as for sides the loaded potato is a must and the house salad is perfect. For drinks, I had the strawberry kiwi lemonade, And of course, you can’t forget the blooming onion. 5 stars
