We go to this Red Robin a lot. Normally we’ve always had a great experience. This time though our dishes were less than perfect. We both got burgers. My husband got broccoli as his side, it was old, the bottoms were black and not from being burnt. My side was a salad, the lettuce was old and brown. We told the waiter but he didn’t really do anything. The manager came and apologized and took 25% off of our bill.

The staff was amazing! Wonderful customer service! The manager heard it was my 1st time and greeted me with my friend and gave us some fries as a welcome gift. Will definitely visit again, and the veggie burger was amazing! It’s been a long time since I had a good veggie burger!

We went for an early dinner after skipping lunch. Didn’t expect a 20 minute wait since it was 4:00 pm, but we were able to sit at the bar immediately so we did that. Bar service was great and so was our food. The building interior has seen better days though, definitely in need of some updating and TLC.

This is the best Red Robin I have ever been to. My family and I stopped in for an impromptu dinner. This restaurant is super clean. The staff is very nice. Our server Karisma was amazing, and very attentive. The food was made to perfection. Everything tasted delicious from the burgers to the mozzarella sticks. Everything was made fresh to order. Our food came out quickly, and even the manager stopped by to see how we were doing. My family and I will definitely be coming back again to this location.

I went with my sister for a sister date and we were NOT disappointed! We ordered their pulled pork burger and mentioned to our server, Robert, that we were splitting the burger. (I can never finish an entire burger myself). He brought the split burger out on TWO plates (1/2 burger and fries for me, 1/2 burger and fries for my sister). That’s never happened at a restaurant before and we were excited that we were listened to! We had no complaints about our food. Our server, Robert, recommended the cinnamon sugar donuts and … When I say, those were THE BEST donuts!! I’m so happy we decided to stop here for lunch today. Thank you!!

Stopped by this location for lunch. I had the delicious onion rings (not pictured because I ate them to fast) smoked & pepper burger, and steamed broccoli. The burger was very tasteful! The broccoli, and fries were also delicious! The service at the bar was top notch!

We had a fantastic experience at Red Robin, thanks to our server, Robert! From the moment we were seated, Robert made us feel welcomed and taken care of. He was attentive without being overbearing, checked in at just the right times, and made great recommendations from the menu. Our drinks were always full, our food came out quickly, and everything was exactly as we ordered. Robert’s friendly attitude and professionalism really elevated our visit. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great service. We’ll definitely be asking for him next time!
