We appreciated the fact that the restaurant was very clean; washrooms included. It didn’t seem busy inside the restaurant but it did still take a full 15 minutes before we got our food. I always thought McDonald’s was inexpensive but it isn’t the case. The small amount of food we had (1 cheeseburger, 1 hamburger, 6 chicken McNuggets, 1 orange juice and 1 coffee) cost $29. Food tasted as expected.

Today I went to this McDonald’s and I had told them I wanted a cheeseburger with just ketchup and add lettuce I said only that multiple times. It’s had pickles, onions, and ketchup and the lettuce. I told the employee that’s not what I asked, and she took it to the back and gave me the same cheeseburger back with the same thing she thought I didn’t notice they really need to take their job serious because food is expensive nowadays if they don’t love their job, they shouldn’t work there because their customert Service sucks and it really pissed me off today. I never like to write reviews but today I was pissed and they forgot our sauce. My daughter went inside. She’s only 12 years old and they were being rude to her.!!!!also I had order a hot and spicy it was super cold my chicken and also old lettuce I’m not a person to complain but today was not the day they were really rude and it was just nasty today!

HELPFUL SNACK & BATHROOM STOP! Whether you’re coming from AZ or CA, this McDonald’s has clean restrooms and plenty of parking space for a pit stop. This McDonald’s was a little too busy for my taste in the dining area, however, the staff were doing the best they can! The food smelled tasty and the ambiance was family-friendly. Please expect plenty of kiddos.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru just to place my order. When I was finally ordering, the manager (Malinda) cut me off and was extremely rude. I didn’t even get to finish my order properly. After all that waiting, my food was cold. I understand places get busy but no one was in line but me and someone other person, but there’s no excuse for poor customer service and cold food after that long of a wait. Very disappointing experience.

There is so many employees working at this McDonalds… Some definitely better than others… There’s a few i see pretty regularly! Shout out to Tracy she gets the orders done quickly, takes the money and keeps the line moving in the mornings! 10 out 10! Important to me, we are all busy… I get my Iced caramel coffee every morning! Very important to me as a single dad of a six year old! I need that boost in the mornings!!! My iced coffee can range between a 1 to a 10 on any given morning…Depending on who’s working. But hands down my perfect 10 out 10 Iced caramel coffee every morning is from Alyssa!!! Always a good morning with a smile!!! Great customer service, PERFECT!!! coffee every morning… Thank you!!!

Amazing service! We are on our way from Arizona to Disney and I really really want a breakfast burrito burritos and breakfast was about to be finished and we were gonna be late but I called ahead and they were kind enough to make the breakfast burritos for us which is something that they did not have to do. I really appreciate them for doing this they just made my entire vacation.

I’m only here because I’m on the road. I had a good time and it also has a play place. I also got lucky and they accidentally gave us an extra cup. The only thing that was a little off was the bathroom, things were just empty and it was a little dirty. But the place was still really nice, maybe a bit busy, but it’s right on the border and a big travel highway.

They forgot my big Mac and when I came back for it they didn’t even apologize or say sorry just gave me a hard time about it since I didn’t get a receipt had to show them the bank transaction. Before leaving the drive through I asked is the 3rd big Mac in the box and they said yes glaring at a screen distracted as could be. Lol

Ok most expensive McDonald’s 24 dollars for a combo 7.99 for 6 piece chicken nuggets. No ketchup even though I asked for two. Asked for BBQ sauce got 3 sweet and sour. Ironically they will charge you for extra sauce go figure. Anyhow. I understand the hike in prices. But aleast sell fresh food for crying out loud… I was passing thru so I didn’t feel like turning arounded to return food. Could have been bad day who knows ♂️. Not taking that chance

OMG!! It was horrible. The staff is rude, when asking for something they ignore you, and when they do finally answer you they treat you like they are doing you a favor.
It was super expensive, for 3 people to eat breakfast $46.!!!
Worst part was it was cold, even my butter would not melt. Terrible experience all the way around.
