Great meal today at the local McDonalds. The facilities were clean, and the portions were reasonable. Fresh cooked French fries and fresh burger buns. Kiddos had Happy Meals with Nuggets. Took awhile to get our food, some of the workers stood around gossiping and laughing alittle too much while food sat awaiting to be served. Total 4 out of 5 stars.

This was my first time at this location and I did not have a good experience. In their defense, it’s not just the McDonald’s. The McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Wendy’s in Kilmarnock are all bad. The food is bad and the service is bad. Not rude, just bad.
Thank to them I’ll be eating healthier by packing my own meals.

The drink on the left is a Coke. The drink on the right is a Dr Pepper went to my Coke. And was disappointed it was Dr. Pepper wished you would pay attention people at McDonald’s 8/2/2025 alll because I went to the drive-throughly I would’ve went inside and they handed me the cup. I dont typically eat MCDs but I stopped because I play monopoly and wanted some monopoly stickers but didnt receive any.I guess ill just get my monopoly feel on the monopoly GO game.I tried ordering on the app it didnt work (MCDs App isnt user friendly anyway- I have over 11 k points but it never allows you to utilize more then one reward) Then it doesnt allow you to scan your receipt to add the points for your order.

After working a 10 hour day at a new job, new to the area;YET TO EVEN RECEIVE MY FIRST PAY CHECK!! I was so hungry and exhausted all I wanted was to eat and go to bed. Thankfully McDonalds was open. First time visiting this location. Not busy at all! I placed a SIMPLE order A four piece nugget, two double cheeseburgers with no pickles and no ketchup and a small fry. Thankfully they can count chicken nuggets; and they know which bag it is small for the fries. But the two burgers I got which one was the only part of the order for me came out thrown together with only mustard and ketcup on them. I dont eat ketcup I dont like ketchup. My very last 10 dollars went to a meal that totaled 9.24; for the part that I was actually going to consume not even be what I wanted!!!!

This review is specifically about the manager I spoke with today, June 10, at 6:45 AM. Her name was Carissa Smith and I called because my bagel sandwich was not as ordered and the bagel itself had been smashed flat like a pancake. When I told her about this and that it was missing breakfast sauce she told me the toaster smashes the bagels unapologetically. When I asked for her name, she told it to me and then hung up on me. This is not behavior that a manager should be displaying in front of their employees and to customers. I’m writing this review in hopes that the franchise owner will see it and address her behavior and the standard of the food you’re serving. If the toasters do not work, you should replace them and use the grill to toast the bagels in the meantime, not tell customers they should settle for a subpar product.
