Horrible service!!! If you aren’t a men or Colombian, they will not give you proper service. We arrived to the restaurant around 7:20pm ( it was not busy at all) and ordered two bandeja pisas with an older lady named Vanessa. A group of 4 men arrived about 20 mins after us. We had already ordered with her and we knew they were gonna take some time ( all Colombian restaurants take forever usually even though they might be empty). However, this place took way longer (45 mins ) to bring ONE plate!! The runner lady said that the second plate was coming. Tell me why they had the audacity to bring out 3 bandejas over the span of 15mins for the table of men that arrived later. We got Vanessas attention (because she was only attending the men’s table and ignoring us) and asked if the plate was coming in which she said it was next. We kept looking to see if the second plate was coming to us for the next 7mins, but no!! They finally brought the plate BUT they kept up with the audacity and brought us an INCOMPLETE plate stating that they were going to bring the pork belly separately!!!!
At this point my food ( the first plate the brought us) was cold. How was I supposed to eat while my family member has not received her food!
We were over it and wanted to leave so we asked an older lady named Sophie for a supervisor/manager and for the check. They said there was no manger and they the delay was due to probably submitting the other tables order first ( like HOW if they arrived 20 mins after when we had already ordered our meals. Also my plate had arrived before anyone’s – it would have been delayed too if that was true). We asked for a supervisors number and for our food to be packed up. AGAIN, they took 10 mins to pack the food!!!! And that was just for the plate that took forever. We had to ask for a to go plate to pack my food! Also to ask for salsa rosada it was like if I had to beg them!! They finally gave me the sauce after asking 3 times. They didn’t even give us the supervisors number. Overall terrible and humiliating experiencing! We love Colombian food, but man, the older ladies working there are very arrogant and have no serving hospitality! They need a serving 101 training course ASAP.

The food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable compared to other places. They offer authentic dishes with generous portion sizes. Service may be slow, which is typical for similar restaurants, but the quality of the food makes up for it. Keep in mind if you’re in a hurry.

The service and food was great! Our server Ines was very kind and helpful. We don’t usually eat Colombian food so we had questions about the meals and Ines was very helpful and patient in answering all of our questions. Definitely recommend due to food and especially the service! Ask for Ines!

I ordered 10 Bueñuelos and other breads that totaled around about $50. The order was mixed with several days old bread and 2 fresh baked breads. In the picture you can see how they were reheated and burnt. I don’t believe they should be letting this low quality of bread leaving the kitchen. I love to try different Colombian foods and I hope to see better quality next time.

Gran Columbia used to serve quality dishes that would leave you feeling full & satisfied but now it’s obvious the chef changed. The food is tasteless and pricey. I don’t mind paying high prices for amazing food but their quality totally went down. We arrived and the restaurant was empty so that alone speaks out loud but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt! The waitress had no customers but yet we were served in a poor timely manner. They took their time and didn’t show interest in serving us. The atmosphere is nice but sadly it’s not what it used to be. Save your money and go enjoy good food elsewhere! One last thing, sadly they also changed their dinner plates. Now they serve you like a cat on plastic plates and bowls. It was just so disappointing tonight!

Authentic Colombian dishes. They serve breakfast all day, and their lunch is always good. I always order the empanadas as appetizer they are so good. This time, I ordered the soup of the day, which it was lentils soup, and it comes with a side of salad, rice, and beef. Serving portions are always generous. They have plenty of seating for larger parties, patio, and a playground for kids outside. A full bar that serves all kinds of deinks and cocktails, also a bakery section with delicious desserts. With plenty of parking outside and friendly service always. I recommend it 100%. It’s one of my favorite spots.

Excellent!!! I recommend it!!! There is no words to describe how delicious was the food!!! We try Bandeja Paisa, Salmon and Chuleta!!! It was delicious!!! It was my first time in a Colombian Restaurant and it was the perfect place to come. The service was great with the waitress Juan David. Those who never try Colombian food you should to this restaurant and you will never regret it!!! I can’t give 10 stars to this restaurant but they deserve it. The quality of the food, the service, the atmosphere, everything!!
