A charming little restaurant with a small amount of improvement needed. The drinks are reasonably priced. The Cesar salad was good but needed more Parmigiano cheese. The bruschetta was very flavourful. My gnocchis were amazing. My husbands veal parmigiana was not. Dried herbs do not belong in an authentic tomato sauce and his penne were overcooked. Pasta always needs to be served al dente. The cheesecake was sublime . The staff was very attentive. Not sure if my husband will come back but I will.

Everything is fresh and home-made. Real authentic and simple Italian cuisine. Great service. Waitress was super friendly and pleasant. The decor is a little dated and this place would benefit a styling overhaul. But if you’re all about the food, then do not hesitate to visit this little jem of a restaurant.

We started with a freshly baked bread served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, setting the tone for the evening. The lasagna and another Italian dish we selected were both remarkable—rich in flavor and was so yummy. The salad that accompanied our meal was fresh and crisp, complementing the main courses perfectly.
To top off the meal, we indulged in a truly amazing cheesecake, paired with a well-brewed coffee. Each bite was a testament to the quality and care put into the food.

Based on the reviews and high score I was expecting to be at the very least just a bit impressed which was far from being the case. I am not the best cook but I would have done a better job for every single plate that was served. 1 star for the food and 1 extra star for the price that wasn’t too bad.
