From the minute we walked in the young hostess with long black hair would even look at us while we was at stand..It was clear then that walking into a restaurant 70 minutes before they closed would anger her.Our server Brock was very helpful and super apologetic… Our food came out 50 min late no side at all an over done steak and ran out of mashed potatoes and regular one ..The manager was so disrespectful after I addressed the over cooked steak he asked “ Well which side is over cooked as though the entire steak wasn’t over cooked and no butter sauce cold macaroni..Wouldn’t even refund me I had to ask repeatedly after not even having the rest of my order I HAD TO PAY GOR FOOD I NEVER RECEIVED…He made sure to include that he was the top manager and that we could leave .. And yes I’m African American …The server walked past us 5 minutes before with 2 plates of potatoes so it seems like nobody just wanted to service us ..Nasty hospitality from management I would never be back ..Below is the “Medium” steak that the night manager forced us to pay for and took back to most likely eat . Asked me if both side were “medium”

The food was excellent, service not so great from my direct waiter. It took her awhile to get to our table, then after our food came out we didn’t see her for another almost 15 min, we had to ask 3 different people for sauces refill and even to go box. Grateful the other staff just stepped in.

I don’t believe I’ve ever had a bad meal at the longhorn. At least at this location I haven’t. The filet, bread, the salad the desserts. All delicious. So I order medium rare I get medium rare. No complaints and will always come back to Longhorn!

Not normally one to leave reviews. But tonight’s service was…interesting to say the least. I’m not normally one to complain but when you’re spending almost 300 dollars on a meal with your family you expect some what decent service. I understand that Saturdays are busy but when you sit for 10-20 minutes without seeing your server I think her name was Makayla or Malaya or something like that it gets to be ridiculous. Maybe if she spent less time talking, chatting, and screaming across the resturant she’d have more time to accommodate the people at her tables. I sat for at least 10-15 minutes without a refill and I got a 12oz steak and not only was it over cooked but I couldn’t seem to find our server to get my steak corrected. I know she was around because I could hear her from across the resturant. Word to the wise in a family environment you may want to refrain from such strong language. I’ve been to this location several times before and never had such lackluster service as I have tonight…I might be back but definitely won’t be for awhile.

I always eat out. I’m a single woman that work hard. So that’s what I enjoy. But besides the point… I had an AMAZING experience. We had a long day at the Mlk parade in Chester SC and wanted to treat ourselves after a long day… And the FOOD was amazing…. We had a table full of people with kids and the waitress knew what we needed before we needed to ask…. I’ve been back a couple of times since for take out. And the PRICE….. they need to raise the price for the experience that they gave and quality of food. I’m coming back for sit in on this Saturday!!!

Excellent food, friendly and fast service, and wonderful atmosphere with lots of western theme decorations. The restrooms were clean and the food was served hot. All of the staff were friendly. The French onion soup along with the bread served at the table is a great combination.
The text reservation system we used from the website was perfect. It limited our actual wait time to 10 minutes and we could see our place in line live. This is a wonderful service. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely wonderful steaks, delicious salads, and the service was top notch (we had Sophie as our server and she was fantastic). Even the bread and butter that they bring to you prior to your salad and meal was excellent. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed, and this was my first time ever eating at a Longhorn Steakhouse. Highly recommended.
