Very bad experience because I ordered $6 meal and i don’t want egg cheese and bacon on croissant because I’m vegetarian then take order and they did mistake on order then they put everything there and when I call then they hang up call say he can’t help

They have an electric panel where you can order your items if you prefer not to speak with someone, or if you don’t see anyone at the front counter. They also have a good varity of donuts and coffe, but since they are in a gas station you can also get energy drinks if you don’t like coffe like me.

I have visited this dunkin in the past on drive-through and never had bad experience like other reviews. This time, I went inside to get some gift cards. I was acknowledged and asked to wait, and then in 2 minutes, one of the staff members came and started working on my 10 gift card order patiently. Overall, it was a nice place to stop by and get some coffee or dunkin’!!!

I’ve made three recent purchases through the drive-through (evening and night), and each time I was greeted by the same gentleman. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but he deserves a big shout-out! He is always cordial, friendly, and provides excellent service with a positive attitude. Thumbs up to him for making each visit a pleasant experience!

I just came through the drive through to get breakfast and was rushed when my order was taken from the drive through attendant. I told the drive thru person that I had a reward for a wake up wrap he scanned my reward and the reward didn’t come off. He was very rude and short and didn’t help me with my problem because he said there was people behind me. Thats not great customer service as I’ve come to this location multiple times and received horrible service. The people here rush you to take your order and are very rude. The customer service at this location his horrible. My need was not met I was dismissed and told to come into the store because I was holding up the line. I do not recommend coming to this location because the customer service is horrible. I’m hoping they can fix this issue as this location was the closer to my home. I now have to drive to a further location for better service.

Horrible people , so rude an incompetent. I have never met worse customer service or drinks ever. Ordered a medium coffee and my cup was only halfway filled up. This is the worst establishment ever. They even argued on the phone, telling me the shut up and listen when I called to voice my concerns. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

I order online and only a few minutes away, and my sandwich is always hot & fresh, with my beverage ready to go when I arrive. Staff is very friendly and efficient. It’s within a Luk Oil gas station, so there’s also snacks, lottery tickets, etc. available.
