Tried the fish sandwich. It had an odd taste to it. I couldn’t put my finger on it. But odd enough to where I won’t order it again. Fries were great. WC had a freestyle coke machine that offered “Peace Tea”. I get the Caddyshack flavor. Try it and you’ll love it. Fish got a 4.4/10

Wish I would have checked the reviews before stopping here while cruising down I-65. Eat here at your own risk. Stopped for lunch on a Wednesday around Noon. Plenty of parking and place was empty. First and last time at this location. Walked up to the counter and no one acknowledged I was there for about 3 minutes. Finally a bigger dude (maybe in leadership) noticed I was there and someone came up to take my order from the crew of 4 working. Ordered 4 sliders, fries and a chicken sandwich. I gave 2 stars on the food cause the sliders were decent. Not a lot of flavor but OK. Fries were “meh” and the chicken sandwich was missing the chicken. When I walked up to the counter and showed the guys my empty bun, the response was “did you check the bag?”. I said “sure did” because I had to tear it open and use it as a tray on the dirty table. They basically chuckled and made another sandwich. They also didn’t bother telling you (when ordering) that the soda-dispensing machine’s options mostly were not available, leaving on a couple options. The couple came in after me were complaining because they went to get their drinks and no diet options were available. They fussed to the head dude and the counter and he gave them a refund for their drinks. Then that guy left to walk to another nearby business to buy them some drinks for their meal. First time eating at a White Castle, lesson earned.

I sat in drive thru for 15 mins. Then made the mistake of going in thinking it would be better. It wasnt. 10 mins to get them to take my order. Im the only one in there. Because the 1 person in front of me walked out. This location has been getting worse everytime I come in here. If my grand kids didnt want white castle I wouldn’t be coming here. I say avoid at all cost if you can.

I recently had a fantastic experience at White Castle! The service was incredibly friendly and quick, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. The onion rings were crispy and flavorful, and the hamburgers were up to their delicious standard. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

We originally went through the drive through this afternoon, but after almost 20 minutes waiting we finally decided to go inside. We should have just left. This was the nastiest white castle I have ever tasted. Every single cheese slider was soggy and the flavor was wretched. If you want good white castle DO NOT stop at this one.

So this is for night shift. Me and my mother came through the drive thru, and the night shift had a I don’t care attitude, we received sliders and there was no way they were fresh and We shouldn’t have to come back to complain about this when Even we can tell them burgers been sitting for a hour or more, Then there were a few that were fresh, we ate those and we all been throwing up sick, Our doctor believes it is food poisoning, you all need to do better

I don’t know what it is about the people that work at this one, But the employees always have an attitude and When they talk they all sound hateful, Even when they say welcome to white castle it just is full of hatred. They dont ever sound respectful or Kind for customer service employees i go to HillView, they are amazing there and their food is always fresh and perfect. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SHEPHERDSVILLE WHITE CASTLE

Took 30 minutes to get our food … Didn’t give us a cheeseburger that we paid for….. Service was rude and not good…. Asked for a refund they said no it was done. And threw cold incomplete order at us…. My wife and I will never eat at this location again!… Ps was supposed to be dine in, we took it to go when they said they’d resubmit the order. Just an overall terrible experience!
