Had a blast picking up catering from this Chick-fil-A! Everything was smooth and delicious, and I’ve got to give a big shout-out to Houlian, the catering whiz who made it all happen. He was absolutely exceptional at making sure everything was perfect. Honestly, this is hands-down the best Chick-fil-A catering I’ve had—and I’ve been to a lot of them. Thanks for the top-notch service and tasty eats!

I witnessed every other patron being welcome into the store and asking, how are they doing or how may they be helped. As the order was called out by the manager, I brought it to his attention that none of his staff asked how I was doing or how could they help me? He gave me an apology but the sincerity of the visit had already elapsed after being in the store, front view for over 5 minutes. Definitely not a great culture to be practiced especially in customer service.

Chick-Fil-A is known for great customer service but this store is beyond exceptional! I went through the drive thru and ordered a vegetarian wrap and when I got home I realized I was given a chicken wrap. I called the store and the manager Kellie went above and beyond and personally delivered the correct meal to my front door! I was blown away by her kindness and consideration. Thank you Kellie and the entire team for your wonderful food and service! Very happy customer

this is the WORST chick-fil-a in all of America. the breading here is so off. it’s super grainy and dry. the chicken is weirdly thin and not the same as it is at other locations. the fries even are weird and grainy. it’s as if it’s a different restaurant and they slapped chickfilas name on it. would give 0 stars if i could

I loved this location for a very long time, but I have no idea what happened to the service. Everyone I spoke with acted like they couldn’t understand me and then they cut conversations short. Didn’t give me sauces and didn’t tell me to have a good day. How disappointing to be treated disrespectfully. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m Muslim, but it sure felt wrong to be treated like this. They were very respectful of my non-Muslim friend, though. The treated was a stark difference.

Honestly, how are you gonna give me a drink without a straw and my 12 order of chicken nuggets without any sauce that I specifically requested? Got food fresh and as always it was delicious. Nuggets and waffle fries .. lemonade is so delicious too…. Son enjoyed the play place … I enjoyed the Christmas tree and all the smiles … Little expensive but really good food
