This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had anywhere.
I called in my order and was told I could choose my fountain drink when I arrived. Five minutes later when I got there, the same employee said the fountain machine was broken and then tried to require me to either pay for a fountain drink I would not receive or pay extra for a bottled drink.
When I asked to simply remove the drink and pay for the chicken and fries that were already prepared, I was told they “don’t sell that” and that I would not be served.
After this dispute, the employee handed the food that had been prepared for my order to customers who were waiting in front of me and told me that my order was canceled.
I then offered again to pay for the food that had been made for me. Instead of resolving the situation, the employee canceled my order and called the police even though no crime had occurred.
Being refused service after attempting to pay the posted price, having your food given away in front of you, and then having police called over a simple pricing dispute is beyond unacceptable. I recorded the interaction for my own protection because of how out of control it became.
If you care about fair pricing, basic respect, or being treated like a human being, do yourself a favor and avoid this location entirely.

My favorite place around the corner was closed so I decided to try them out… believe it or not the guy that took my order was very nice! HOWEVER that food was trash I got the catfish nuggets and shrimp it was fresh but absolutely no flavor… it reminds me of canes! Fresh but taste like the old oil it came out of! And that tartar sauce should be called onion sauce that’s what it taste like! I’ll never be back honestly I only ate half before I decided to go to Wendy’s

We ordered gizzard and ended up with catfish nuggets and he never answers the phone. When we were there the man keep talking to one customer and let the phone ring. Bad customer service some of my jumbo shrimp were still wet.

Ordered 2 piece catfish basket. Tore a piece of the fish off and the smell was horrible. I threw the whole plate away I have never smelled my food and it was that bad like it was old. Tried another piece and smell was only strong after tearing open the fish. Never going back. Before eating here smell before you take a bite out of it.

I’ve been coming here since they were on Forest Lane. The prices go up and the quality has gone down. One thing they are NOT is consistent. Why do I come back?….when it’s right, it’s good. There is distance between my visits but I just really want them to win. That lemon pepper powder is good! The cashier was nice and had my order remade. 1st order fries were burnt and fish was raw. 2nd round fries was cooked perfect and fish was raw. Today I definitely took an L!

The food I just purchased was TERRIBLE…I threw it in the trash! I asked if the catfish was real catfish, the lady at the counter said she didn’t know, she doesn’t eat it but someone should enlighten here that it is swai! The chicken and fries tasted like old grease! I asked for extra seasoning but it was a bit excessive although it doesn’t matter because NOTHING was edible! Money down the drain!

Im from Chicago so this is one of my go to’s. This was the worst Sharks I’ve ever experienced. I ordered the Gizzards and 3 wing dinner. The Gizzards were tough as leather and the wings tasted freezer burnt and over cooked. . Almost $30 wasted. I wouldn’t recommend this place to feed a stray dog. I was truly disappointed and I definitely wont be back!
