Very unwelcoming here. As soon as you walk in here they either stare at you or ignore you, not friendly at all. As I was ordering she was sighing and just being so rude I wanted to curl up in a ball and not even finish the order. Like nevermind I don’t even want a sandwich anymore

Came in at approximately 8:50 and was immediately told “hey we’re closed”. I checked the businesses hours on the door, and it said 9:00pm was the closing time, not 8:50. It takes less than 5 minutes to make a sandwich. I wish at my work i was able to kick customers out before actual closing time but i dont have that luxury!

Very good service here and extremely clean which is why I’m giving four stars. However they didn’t get a fifth one because I’ve ordered wraps from multiple Subways before and always gotten so much meat that I would never consider ordering it with extra. However that’s far from what I got here. There was such a pitiful amount of meat on my wrap that I only ate half there and saved the other half for when I got home so I could add more. Very disappointed about that and probably won’t be going back because of it TBH.

These ladies killed it for me. We ordered 3 trays for catering. They made them fresh when we picked them up. They were on time and correct. The store was clean and well maintained. A huge factor in my comfort!

You try to be nice, smile and wave but no matter how many times I say yes I have NO idea what they’re asking of me. Then they send out someone to sweep around us while we eat which wasn’t cool. We were the only people eating and I could assure them I’d be empty still once we left so they could sweep

Love the customer service provided here by the evening shift. Very accommodating to make your request as perfect as possible. The front area was very clean, everything was in stock and the sandwhich was very delicious Turkey Bacon Avacado. Heads up there is no more avacado just guacamole.

Went in today there was a young female and male I had a online order and specifically said I wanted it toasted and they didn’t do that also ordered 2 cookies macadamia and chocolate chip they gave me both macadamia never had this issue here at this location but definitely not coming to this one again good thing Lodi has 3 more locations
