a happy customer here! don’t think i have rated any restaurant this high but okay- went here for my birthday celebration and did a last minute reservation for it – smooth booking✅

we were also entertained by the (iguess manager) so kindly, he prepared our table earlier than stated slot. the foods ordered were delicious, everyone complimented it! the best part was the staffs & services provided. we had a peaceful and amazing evening, and a celebration to be remembered. definitely didn’t regret choosing this restaurant out of all other choices @ bamboo hills. worth the try, please do. thanks! – natasha, 14.2.26

Among Kuala Lumpur’s Thai restaurants, Nok Yung Thai Cuisine is undoubtedly top-tier in flavor and quality. It’s on the pricier side, but the stunning ambiance, premium tableware, and exceptional dish presentation make it worthwhile.

Som Tam, Gai Yang, and Tom Yum Fried Rice were all outstanding—authentic tastes that hit every note. The waterfall views at Bamboo Hills add magic to the experience.

Definite repeat visit! Perfect for family or special occasions. 5/5 ⭐

I actually ordered the green curry chicken and fried vegetables too, but was too busy enjoying the food and forgot to take photos. This is my third visit to Nok Yung and the food is still on point, though it’s admittedly quite pricey for Thai cuisine. All the dishes were great, but I found the fish slightly overcooked and the freshness could be improved. The service, however, was excellent. Will definitely revisit for the service and their tomyam!

Came here to celebrate birthday. First of all, the environment is really beautiful and cozy. There’s quite a lot of variety of food available. We had set A which consist of green chicken curry, papaya salad, mix vegetables, grilled lamb, deep fried squids and mix seafood soup. The food was really good, slightly more on the sweet and sour than spicy. My personal favourite would be the grilled lamb and mix vege. Also had the appetiser platter which is good as well. Service is definitely very good and friendly, food arrived pretty quick. Price is definitely on the higher end but it’s worth it. Overall, really love this place and would recommend this place for high end Thai cuisine dining.

I had a great meal at Nok Yung Thai Cuisine.

The Tom Yum Nam Sai is a must-order. The clear soup is light, clean, and well balanced, making it perfect to enjoy alongside other dishes without overpowering the palate.

The Pak Boong Tod is an absolute MUST — crispy, fragrant, and cooked just right. The Pla Muk Tod (crispy squid) is also excellent: well fried, not greasy, and you can really taste how fresh the squid is.

To finish the meal, don’t miss the Tub Tim Krob dessert. It’s refreshing and not too sweet, making it a perfect way to end the meal.

The price for two was around RM200, which is reasonable for the quality and setting. Bamboo Hills at night is also a great spot for Instagram photos, adding to the overall experience.

Definitely a place I’d come back to for quality Thai food.

The food was ok but grilled chicken is salty. we did informed t waitress I guess she just ah ok ok.
It’s 2.50pm while eating (almost done), t staff rushed to settle t bill because they wana close t cashier. So for my opinion, please take out Your CUISINE title. Interrupting people while they are eating is generally considered rude and disrespectful! U just can wait for t bill. There’s another 10 min left . This place has splits time which is Closing at 3pm and reopen 6pm for dinner. I wondering if ppl still eating at 3pm would they chase t customer also? Im Thailand,Road shop Thai restaurant doing better thn this place so called cuisine.

The food is not authentic Thai taste. The price is way too expensive compare to authentic Thai Restaurant. We were rush to order by 2.30pm as they wanted to close the kitchen and while eating we were required to pay. Will not revisit this place again.

Had an authentic Thai lunch at Nok Yung Bamboo Hills this afternoon. Loved the warm ambience and friendly staff!

The Tom Yum soup and Prawn Petai were especially good — full of flavour and perfectly balanced. Highly recommend for anyone craving genuine Thai food in a relaxing setting.

It’s a pity that they don’t serve pork cos Thai food is famous for grilled pork neck.

The food here is on the sweet side.

The yellow curry crab meat, Mango salad tasted sweet

Out of all dishes I ordered my favourite has to be the tom yam clear soup.

The rest of the dishes are all fried dishes.

Price on the high side.. my order of 5 dishes cost more than 400 RM.
