I just want to start out by saying that I love Chic fil a from way back and normally the service is spot on. That’s why it hurts to leave a review like this but I let it go once but not twice. This is the second time we have ordered the nugget family meal and something was left out. First time was the brownies and this time the cookies. I work in the restaurant industry and I know mistakes can happen but twice in a row is not excusable.

We stopped at Chick-fil-A for a quick bite before our movie and decided to try the new Pretzel Club sandwiches, both the grilled and the original fillet. It’s nice to see some fresh menu options, even if it’s just a different bun style, and we’re happy to report that both sandwiches were delicious and definitely worth trying.

As expected from Chick-fil-A, the service was excellent. Izzy (if I caught the name correctly) was friendly, efficient, and kept the dining area tidy when not helping customers at the register. Overall, a great experience!

I am never one to leave a bad review but with the quality of everything else going down I had high hopes Chick Fil A would stay strong. I was wrong. I got a salad today (already the most expensive option on the menu) and the entire thing is brown and wilted. How did anyone look at this and decide to serve it? Highly disappointed in my favorite fast food location. I was home before realizing For other customers, please check your orders before leaving.

This location is slipping because of poor management or ownership. The chicken on the sandwiches is definitely smaller than surrounding locations. Like murrell rd lenoir city and even oak ridge. I’ve gotten cold fries more than once. Its just become subpar.

Girl taking our order was super super rude. My fiancé ordered and I was starting to order and instead of saying “I can’t hear you” she proceeded to say “I can’t hear her.” As if I’m not right there. I spoke louder and even leaned over bc no big deal but she just kept saying “I can’t hear you” and never even tried to hear me or bend down to hear me. Super condescending and super rude.

Congratulations on rarely making my order correctly. I don’t always have time to check the order, but I’m certain that 80-90 percent of the time, it will be wrong in some way. I only eat grilled chicken from there, but almost always you give me fried nuggets.

Wonderful experience, Judy really made it delightful. They have options without bread and without dairy and without sugar and I’m really happy about that. I also really enjoy their toy for Ice Cream exchange option for the kiddos too.
