Something is always wrong every time i go. It I’ve ordered a chicken strip tray and haven’t gotten the strips 2 times then tonight i got a chicken quesadilla and it has no chicken. Don’t waste your time going here. Workers there are rude and high half the time.

crew here to grab some lunch. We went through the drive-thru and I ordered barbecue platter with fries and cheese bites with the Dr pepper and Oreo milkshake. First out this is one of my favorite places to eat . The Food was pretty good And my drink well carbonated, but the milkshakes are way too thick to drink right away. The way I scarfed my food the thing had barely began to melt. The line was quick, the food was fresh, I didn’t say much about the atmosphere since we took drive-thru but I wasn’t going to deny the cookout my stars

The girl at the window was very nice and helped with a issue I had on a milkshake. I then got home to eat my quesadillas. The receipt said chicken quesadilla for all 6 of them I also added extras. 2 of them were only cheese and only 2 had the extras I asked for. How is the cook that inconsistent on one order?

Picked up dinner for something quick and ended up with 3 super small chicken tenders, burnt hush puppies, and 6 French fries. Also tried to ask the girl for sauce and she shut the window on us and didn’t ask us if we needed sauce. I will not be going back until they can fix their food and service.

The food is always spot on. The people are friendly and seem to be very happy to help. Great music playing and it’s never to loud. The only bad thing I can say is there isn’t one in St Albans but I guess that’s a good thing really because most of my paycheck would be spent there every week.

I’ve tried to get pickles on my burgers x3 separate times, this time even requesting extra, and they still fail me every time. I honestly dislike the food anyways, its going downhill, the burgers are always burnt to a crisp and couldn’t compare to when I had it in Huntington, and the last two times this happened I rolled my eyes and blamed myself for going at 11pm but cmon…pickles pickles…does it have to be clearer? Are you guys just constantly out of pickles?

I’m always a fan of cookout, however, Cross Lanes ALWAYS seems to impress. The other 2 surrounding are “hit and miss”.
Crosslanes has ALWAYS had great sweet tea (which is generally my reason for frequenting) But when I do order a tray… its never tossed in there, always appealing and more important, correct as ordered. Most typical “fast food” chains dpnt seem to put as much effort in their establishment, staff or presentation. I felt after today’s order… credit was most definitely deserved!
