One of my absolute favorite Mexican restaurants of all time. I was surprised to find one in SC. I only knew of the one a few blocks from where I lived in Marietta GA. I used to eat there all the time and it’s been years since one’s there. It did not disappoint. It was wonderful !! The service was great. Busy but not long of a wait.

Stopped in for dinner one night and it was amazing. The chips were very light which was nice because I tend to eat a lot of them and the salsa had a nice kick to it.
I got the burrito Cubano and I loved the plantains in it because it broke up the savory flavor of the shredded brisket. My boyfriend got the pollo ranchero which he said was delicious. It was a good size portion and he actually ate the refried beans (which he usually never does. The server was fantastic and the place had a great atmosphere to it

Had birria bowl & soft tacos. Birria bowl was delicious taste, rice & beans were well cooked & blended well. Complimentary tacos & salsa was tasty. Service was good. A small suggestion, they need to bit clean the bowl corners while serving for better presentation.

The best Mexican rice I’ve tried in Greenville. The service from the servers was very good, but the meat was very tough. I ordered it well done and my jaw hurt from chewing so much; it was also very difficult to cut. I think the prices are a bit high

The food was SO GOOD! I got the smothered shrimp, and my husband got the Barria tacos. Everything was very delicious and the waitress was super kind. We would love to come back one day when we are in town. I highly recommend it!

My wife and I are frequent visitors to La Parilla. Honestly, we always have a great experience there. The food and service are very good and the prices are fair. It’s a good value for the money. I would like to give a special shout out to our server, Elfriede (also known as “Julieta”). We were there on 11/24/25 and she really gave us excellent service and she had a wonderful, warm personality too. We had some good conversations with her and she really made us laugh. She definitely added to our dining experience. We recommend La Parilla very highly.

Tatiana took excellent care of us today for Valentine’s Day. Extremely attentive and everything was perfect! Drinks never went empty, food arrived as ordered, and she made it feel like she was always nearby. The food runner also brought us additional chips, love the team work!

What a stellar first experience here. Had a little wait to be seated but after we sat and ate i completely understand why. This is by far the best Mexican restaurant ive been to in the area. Drinks and food were top notch. And the best part…. Our server. Theo was insanely on it. Just a gem of a human all around. We lost an airpod under the table and Theo moved benches and tables to help. I just cant speak more highly about the service Theo gave us. Made us feel so welcomed and never had to ask for a refill or a plate clear. This guy was on another level. Dare i say the best service ive had in GVL since i moved here a year and a half ago. This will be our new goto spot. Just really impressed. P.s. that karge Margarita is no joke! Haha
