The sandwiches here are literally created and created with the end you-user in mind. It’s crazy how well they stay together and so fresh. We didn’t realize they were a chain, we’ve only ever been to the Wichita one. But here we were in OKC looking for a place to eat and happened upon City Bites.

Ordered a veggie sandwich and it’s like it came out of a steamed burrito bag. Then my son’s Mac n cheese was heated up so long the noodles burned at the bottom. The sweet tea was where the unsweetened was supposed to be. It was decorated for Christmas polar express themed so cute.

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak plain with just meat and cheese. While I understand that they portion the meat, you would think that they would give a little extra so that the sandwich doesn’t look like it’s all bread! Very disappointed in this. I’ve had the egg salad and it was overflowing with eggs. Would not recommend ordering your sandwich plain.

Paid over $50 for burnt bread… why would you even serve this? Completely disappointed and will never go to the Santa Fe location again.

Usually City Bites is great, even if the wait in line is way longer than any other similar drive thru. They have classic sammies as well as more unique choices like the Garden Gobbler, which I got today. Today was not a great experience. My sandwich was so soggy it fell completely apart after the first bite which made it pretty difficult to eat thereafter. Unfortunate.

Ordered online and it took forever. Portion control is terrible on my sandwich. They put like 12 strands of lettuce and didn’t give me the extra cheese that I paid for. Very disappointed

You just can’t go wrong with the classic potato, it was so good. The lady taking orders was really nice too!

Worst value for quality *and* quantity. You pay $9 for a tiny sandwich that’s more bread than substance. I ate it in less than 3 minutes and wasn’t even remotely full. If you let them fill your drink for you, such as delivery, they will fill the cup almost completely with ice, and you’ll finish your drink in a few sips.
