I officially give up. This location is so convenient for me but somehow they can never get an order right. If they don’t get the food wrong (and then I have to go in and get it corrected), they give me an iced coffee instead of a Cold Brew. I guess they figure people don’t know the difference. 5 times in the last month, 5 incorrect orders. Time for me to move on.

My son and I went through the drive thru to get some breakfast today. We were told to pull up to a parking spot to wait. Waited for 10 minutes, I had to go inside to get the food and the order was wrong. Waste of time and money. Poorly run

Love TH but this one has very slow service. Watching them work on the orders is very unorganized. Almost like no one has an assigned task and lacking a system to help the workers to hand out orders in timely manner. I went in the next morning and still the same type of service. Not to mention some random guy sleeping in the chairs next to the fireplace both days I went in.

This location was awful. First of all the tray or whatever you cook the hashbrows with is clearly breaking down and you can taste it in the food. Youre poisoning customers. Both times we went to this location the staff cut up, curse etc in front of customers. They were eating and on their phones and not washing hands afterwards. Whenever me or my party asked for something like the donuts i ordered or a water refill they looked at eachother like its not my job to help him. They went through this whole argument with eachother to get me my 2 donuts i had paid for but they forgot to get me.

They were out of sausage and bacon and 8:30 am. Product ordering mistakes happen, not a huge deal. But the employee in the drive through sounded so mad and frustrated. Then when I pulled up to get my cold brew, she handed me a tea. I said is this cold brew, and she rolled her eyes and said yes. I had just waited for 10-15 minutes in the drive thru so I just wanted to leave.

Dont bother paying extra for whipped cream and or carmel drizzle, its like 1.79 for both and your not going to get them,Plus ice capp is never available st this location.Dunkin is the new spot to go to, you get what you pay for and Iv never been told im sorry thats not available at the moment…

TH is great, but not this one. I stopped there during lunch, and just like last time only one person is running the whole place. I went inside instead of the drive thru, waited a while but the one guy was struggling just to keep up with drive thru alone. Probably a decent place to hang if you have some time though, no one was in the dining room at all except an employee.

NEVER going here again! My family goes to Tim Hortons every Sunday and multiple times during the week. We go to this one because they’re close. They are usually friendly but not always fast. We know this going in. Yesterday my daughter and I had THE WORST experience I’ve ever had with any drive through. We placed our order, gave them our money. They asked us to pull over and wait a few minutes for our wraps. Over twenty minutes later, still waiting. I went inside to see if there was a problem. No one would look at me or respond when I asked if there was a problem. No one!! Five minutes later, my daughter walks in to see what’s happening. When she started to ask, the woman behind the counter was very rude. When we said we’d been waiting for half an hour, the rude worker said “You could’ve left!” Really?! You took our money, you could’ve given us what we paid for or told us how long to expect it to be done. The very rude woman started name calling. The older lady behind the counter started to apologize and said sorry for your wait, and the rude woman yelled “I NOT SORRY!” More name calling and rudeness. We will never go back to that one!

Never again. Went to the drive-thru this morning and was waiting for most of an hour after ordering two farmer’s wraps, with no communication or offer of an alternative. When I finally went in, I asked if I could get my money back and one of the employees was incredibly rude. I refrained from swearing but she didn’t, and told me at one point, “you could have just left,” knowing that I had already paid. While the manager attempted to apologize, each time she said they were sorry, the same employee shouted “I’m not” across the store. I’m a patient person and understand short staffing and unexpected issues, but the customer service there was absolutely unacceptable.
