Waited over 40 minutes for my order on Christmas 2025 by w b en i got my order mycoffee was cold food was cold my drink was water logged cause all the ice melted and all staff were nice at the moment but by when order came staff became very disrespectful and rude and we’re laughing about it, now as for me myself I work at a hugh end fine dining restaurant with very high standards and high service… just to po8nt it out at as myself I will no longer will be visiting thus Macdonalds for awhile either there be improvement or things get adjusted

Honestly, this is my seventh time here, and we had a horrible experience with the wait time. Even though we were in the drive-thru, the wait time was around 40 minutes. They need more staff to cover the number of orders.

Terrible absolutely ridiculously terrible location. Always forgets sauces, rude staff, always forgets food items. I pay insane prices for this god awful cheap processed food, the LEAST they can do is make my order accurately. It is to the point where I believe they do it out of spite. I’m done patronizing this bottom of the barrel trash of a restaurant – of which this particular location must be one of the worst. They need to fire all the staff here

I recently visited this McDonald’s at 10530 West Flagler Street after completing a McDVoice survey. I had my valid redemption code, but the staff refused to honor it. The manager, Juan, stated they would not accept the offer, and the manager on duty, Sophia, also refused. When I asked for more information, they declined to provide their last names or any way to escalate the issue.
This location is promoting a customer feedback deal but won’t stand behind their own advertised offers. The experience felt dismissive and unprofessional — definitely not what I expect from a major brand like McDonald’s. I recommend avoiding this location if you value customer service and your time.

Cannot STAND this location. If it isn’t the wait time it’s the food errors or the lack of service. Not to mention the app being a nightmare not being able to claim food that was never delivered from this location. I’ve had a few times this happened but I’m pissed. Paid extra $$ for extra cheese on 4 burgers never got it. Asked to remove lettuce due to a food allergy was never removed. The food is stale. I received 5 chicken nuggets and 1 poor excuse stingy attempt at giving a 6th. Someone goes to waste their money here absolutely outrageous. Oh and no straws for the damn drink. Sheesh. The manager clearly doesn’t do periodic employee reviews for the staff to be doing THIS bad so consistently.

Today I came to this McDonald’s and I left my phone in my car, and I didn’t have my card with me, so I decided to pay in cash. I stood in front of the register to see if someone could help me, and one of the managers… I think she has glasses… at 6:20 ignored me. I waited for 5 minutes, maybe, or so, or I just felt ignored. I’m not sure what’s becoming of McDonald’s, that the service is bad to worst.i think having the kiosk is making all the employee more lazy
