I’ve really tried to give this sandwich shop a chance, but it almost always disappoints. Orders take forever, the place seems barely open, and the food is only good on rare occasion. I got onion rings the last time I went, and what I got was awful, like you took frozen onion rings made to be fried, and just lightly toasted them. They were soggy and gross, and I would not have ordered them if I knew what I was getting. Its a shame, especially because the staff seem cool and polite, but it’s just poorly managed, it often seems that no one knows what they are doing, or they just weren’t trained well. Service takes forever, the prices are going up, and the sandwiches are okay at best. I’d recommend almost any other sandwich shop in Chico, there are so many local joints that provide a much better experience than Ike’s ever has. If you care about love and sandwiches, go support them instead!

I’ve been going to Ike’s since they first came to chico. I’m a SANDO person and I really love a good sandwich. Sauce on the bread, good portions, fresh bread and the dirty sauce is soooooOOoo good!
10/10 would recommend this spot for any sandwich lover. Also they have a huge selection of unique drinks and you get a caramel apple loli with your sammie.

One of my favorite sandwich shops, I first tried Ike’s in the Baby Area and I was ecstatic when they open up a Chico location. Ike’s has all the toppings you can imagine as well as vegetarian and vegan options!! Very delicious, juicy and HUGE sandwiches. Please stop by and try it out, I promose you will start to crave it too

Small sandwich shop, but great! The wife sent me to get her a sandwich, she knew what she wanted. I had never been before so I knew nothing. The guy at the counter had a creative way of finding out what I usually get from sandwich shops and set me up with a good option. The sandwich was amazing and they have a cooler of drinks you don’t find many places. It was a refreshing change of pace. Next time I get a craving for my old favorite drink (Bawls), I know where to go. All around, very happy with my experience here.

They have gluten free bread- and not just sad soggy sliced bread but actual rolls! The employees were very helpful & nice. The sandwich was really tasty- the garlicky dirty sauce went well with the red pesto. They also have vegan & halal options. The sandwiches are on the smaller side but lots of filling inside. Will eat there again.

I always have a great experience here. This visit, my online order did not appear on the stores computer, but THE Ike, personally resolved it, and quickly made me another, also offering to include a bag of chips for the wait- which was not long at all. You can tell Ike cares about his customers. Also, the new hours are WAY better than before.

The ordering system with the ipads could use a redesign, felt clunky and a tad slow to respond, pictures of sandwiches and descriptions without having to open each one individually would be better.
Our sandwiches were tasty
The doughnuts however were terrible, chewy and dense. I’d take these off the menu all together.

Forever & always my favorite sandwich place. Used to go all the time back home in the bay area and was so happy to learn theres one in Chico! Lot of interesting drink options & the addition of donuts makes this location one of my favorites!
