Came to Chick-fil-A for what was supposed to be a simple, fun meal with my kids. Like we’ve done MANY times before, I ordered a large mac & cheese and asked for an empty container to split it since they don’t offer plates and my kids don’t eat a full portion. This has never been an issue before.
This time, I was met with attitude and rudeness. The supervisor, Paige, flat-out said they “have NEVER given out empty containers,” and then added that maybe previous employees were “not compliant” when they did. So instead of owning the inconsistency, she implied past staff were wrong and I was the problem.
Their solution? Handing me a plastic bag and suggesting my child eat out of it. A plastic bag. Completely inappropriate and honestly humiliating—for a place that claims to be family-friendly.
Parents split food ALL the time. Kids don’t eat adult portions. Either provide plates like Raising Cane’s or train supervisors to show basic courtesy and problem-solving skills instead of attitude and excuses.
Instead of enjoying a meal with my kids, I left feeling upset, disrespected, and embarrassed. This was not the Chick-fil-A experience people rave about.

The food was hot (fresh from the stoves). The service was amazing. Jade, regardless of the weather (terribly cold) was smiling, very professional and courteous. Walter came with food in hand and a smile on his face. The supervisor (African American female with blonde hair) was very professional and of course smiling as well. If ever looking for good fast food, professionalism and great smiles, I suggest “chicken instead of cows, lol” with Chick-fil-a on Veterans in Kenner.

I always have a great experience at Chick-fil-A, and today was no different! Very friendly staff and quick service. I only waited 15 mins to place my order and to get my food. I appreciate that there’s no limit on the number of sauces.

As chain restaurants this is as expected. This is the only fastfood chain I will consider due to its cleanliness, atmosphere, service, and food quality constantly. This location was another first for me as I was looking for something fast and local on spare of moment. So far this chain has not let me down in 5 states.

I really wish I get more value for what I pay. The bowl they gave me barely had any eggs in it. Every time I go they give me less and less quantity of food without bringing the price down . I will start going elsewhere. Burrito barely had any egg in it.

Friday, 5:30 pm abraham team trainer was disrespectful to a nice lady when there was a misunderstanding about the order. He failed to respect her allergies and reacted like a child when it was brought to his attention. I know Chick-fil-a holds their customer service to the best standard and this was embarassing.

Honestly very disappointed with the Service here on multiple occasions I have came and ordered food through the drive-through or the mobile app and every time that I leave my Order is missing an item. yes I should probably check before pulling off but they should not be handing out bags that aren’t ready. and it is so frustrating to have to go back and tell someone you forgot my sandwich
