This Cracker Barrel location at 615 Ring Road, Harrison Oh, 45030 is approximately 25 mins from the west side (Bridgetown, Cheviot, Dent and Mack Ohio, of Cincinnati Ohio. This location has easy access using the I-74 and I-275 West. The wife and i enjoy visiting this location from time to time to enjoy some of the specialty items and home cooked favorites that they offer. She certainly doesn’t mind strolling through the storefront after a nice meal as well. Like most Cracker Barrell Restaurants they offer those plentiful rocking chairs outside if waiting is an issue, or perhaps a friendly browse in the storefront for those unusual and hard to find items whether it be seasonal items, items from the past with everything from clothing, toys, kids and adult seasonal clothing books, records and loads of candy for both young and old. The staff is more than friendly and always ready to accomodate whatever it is your looking for. Be sure to catch all of the discounted items in the storefront that seems to be ongoing on each visit. They have an outrageously great menu that is wholesome and hearty, with unlimited option of which everyone should be satisfied. They offer 3 large rooms with plentiful seating to accommodate 1 or 2 up to a large group and are happy to slide tables together to please your group. The food is freshly cooked hot at the table and delicious. The servers are friendly and plentiful and ready to top your drink off. With most meals you will be greeted with a hot basket of corn bread or biscuits along with your choice of jellies. The prices are fair and the dishes plentiful so be sure to grab a to go box. They do offer hot and ready to go meals for those looking for a great lunch or dinner for the next work day. Parking is plentiful. Cracker Barrel is certainly a treat from time to time with a great fun atmosphere with antiques galore plastered on the walls and ceilings, and with this visit a hearty fire in the main dining area with a roaring fire to boot. Menus are updated with specialty drinks and delicious appetizers. Check out the many photos from our last visit and i must say that the Southern Fried Chicken w a nice side of Green Beans and Cole Slaw, and the wife had the grilled chicken tenders with a side of Broccoli and i think Mac and cheese.

I love Cracker Barrel and its usually my go to breakfast restaurant. Today we have decided to do a curbside order instead of eating inside the restaurant since my kids were sick and to my surprise the food that we received were pretty inconsistent! The french toast were dry and the pancakes came in different sizes! Rookie mistake?! ive been to a lot of restaurants and consistency always matters in this business!

I’ve always enjoyed this restaurant, so I wanted to share some constructive feedback about my recent visit to this location. I ordered the bacon and egg hashbrown casserole, which is one of my favorites, but it was missing the diced tomatoes. Unfortunately, it took a while to get the server’s attention, and by the time I spoke with her, my husband was finished with his meal.
The server did bring me chopped tomatoes afterward, but it wasn’t quite the same as how the dish is normally prepared. At that point, I just took it home to fix myself. It was disappointing since this is usually a meal I look forward to.
I hope this was just a one-time issue. With a little more attentiveness to orders and timely service, I know this location could provide the same great experience I’ve had elsewhere.

My husband and I had the most amazing service from Nikki. She never let our drinks run empty and she checked in on us frequently to make sure everything was okay. She was professional, friendly and very composed given how many tables she had. Our food was cooked to perfection and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Smiles and friendly welcomes from the moment we walked in. I highly recommend this Cracker Barrel. Thank you for the amazing service, Nikki!

No waiting for a table. Loved the warm fire in the fireplace. Food was served very quickly after ordering. Slight issue with what we ordered but it was resolved very quickly. Server was attentive and friendly. Check out was fast and efficient. Store associate was very friendly!! Store had some very nice items and great sales going on. Will definitely be back.

Food was cold! Chicken and dumplings looked like a clump of dough! Soup beans not fit to eat! Overall, worse 2 meals we have ever had at Cracker Barrel!! Waitress was wonderful!! Kitchen didn’t follow her directions for soft butter and barbecue sauce for dry chicken!

Cracker Barrel isn’t as good as it used to be. The food was over cooked but brought out cold and the server was not attentive. This used to be a national chain I could count on but the new corporate leadership isn’t maintaining the quality and reliability that I used to love. I’ve seen this same failure in quality service at multiple locations.

Not our best experience at a Cracker Barrel. Stopped for brunch, and actually felt rushed. Didn’t have the most customer service friendly waitress. Ordered eggs over medium and received over easy and very runny. Asked for extra gravy for our biscuits and barely received enough to cover a couple of biscuits. Had to ask for a drink refill, but she was quick to bring our check and kept pushing the meals to go. No plans to visit this location again.

Went into Cracker Barrel on Christmas Eve, hoping for a great brunch or whatchamacallit. Entered the establishment and immediately got seated in the back corner of the restaurant. Our waitress didn’t pop over to our little cuddly corner until 15 minutes after we were originally seated. There were people who sat a table away from us, who came in 10 minutes after us, and they already had their drinks. Anyways, our waitress pops her head over to us and asks what we would like to drink, along with our food orders. I ordered the New York Strip Steak, MEDIUM. Remember this for later. I also got an order of fries and 2 biscuits. After 30 minutes of waiting, our waitress finally came back with refills. That’s right, refills. Our food wouldn’t come for another half-hour. Once our food finally arrived, we were starving and ready to eat. Our food comes out, and the first thing I notice is that my fries weren’t brought out. So I had to wait another 5 minutes to get fries, and they only gave me 10-ish fries. It was the saddest portion of fries I had ever seen. (In the picture, I had a few fries and took a bite of my steak.) Also, my steak was WELL DONE. I couldn’t tell if I was eating steak or a piece of rubber that had flavoring from the floor. However, the biscuits were very good. I put strawberry jelly on one and grape jelly on the other. Once we were done, our waitress dropped off the check and said she would check up on us. We waited 15 minutes, and she never returned. Experience wasn’t the greatest, and I’m not sure if I’ll return.
