I had the best tacos here!! What a surprise!! I stopped to get gas, use the facilities and get a snack. I ordered the 6 tacos, 3 for now and 3 for later. I got the warm Green Chili sauce along with the hottest peppers on top and they were fantastic!! Isaiah warned me about the heat and he was right about it being hotter than I expected. I eat a lot of super hot peppers so it was right up my alley but not for the faint of heart when it comes to hot stuff. Everything was fresh and simple just the way I like it.

Food is assembled fresh from various prepared meats and toppings. Very similar set up to other Mexican themed take out establishments where you pick what you want, tell them what you want on it and they assemble it in front of you before you check out.
Located inside a Sinclair gas station so seating is extremely limited.
Staff was very friendly and helped walk me through their items and offered samples.

I can’t imagine a place that’s more of a joke. Located right next to a major highway.. Lots of traffic all around.. A menu that consists of mostly lunch and dinner type food. I’m willing to bet the food is actually pretty decent based on the pictures. But your only chance of eating it is if you happen to drive by before 1pm or live in town. What’s the point of having such a prime location & A rather nice building. If you’re gonna close half the store at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. Seriously!!!

Well… they were closed at 130, like May other reviewers mentioned. However that is not the reason for my low rating. I bought one of the burritos they had out from this place, it was $5.99, and was smaller than a 3 dollar Taco Bell burrito. And honestly Taco Bell is better. I am kicking myself for not just leaving when it wasn’t open. The only redeeming quality was I got a black rifle coffee with it.

Absolutely incredibly frustrating at 3:55 p.m. we roll in and there’s no one there to help us. One young lady comes out of the office and says blue taco is not open because the lack of staff. Because the guy didn’t show up. Next thing we know the guy shows up starts to put gloves on we asked if the food is fresh since no one had showed up and he said “I don’t know I have no idea.” it’s places like this that have no respect for the average traveling customer. Absolutely disgusting.

I heard lots of people talking about how great this place is. Unfortunately, when I tried it today I was very disappointed. I ordered 2 breakfast tacos. And what I got was 2 refrigerator cold, flavorless, tacos and when I tried to eat them the tacos fell apart because the tortillas where cold and brittle. Maybe I will try again during lunch time. Maybe I will just stick with places in town I know can make good tacos and burritos.
