Tony Gianino & his partner, Joey Barczewski went ALL OUT when they created the stunning and award-winning Joey B’s Manchester Location in West County in 2016 which was the third Joey B’s that focused on being a family-friendly restaurant and bar. Located on Manchester Rd. near 141, the welcoming & expansive outdoor bar and patio is so large that it doubles the seating capacity for the location. It was designed with enough of an enclosure to shield guests from the hustle & bustle of Manchester, creating a beautiful oasis complete with plants, fire pits, heaters, fans, and irrigation for the lush landscaping. We have great pizza, pasta, salads & steaks and the best Happy Hour in St Louis from 3-6 pm Monday-Friday!

Stopped in with a party of 6 for our coworker’s birthday celebration. The service was fast, kind & considerate. The atmosphere had a great vibe. And, the restrooms were beautifully clean! I ordered the lunch special, 1/2 lasagna and a house salad. They were made to perfection! All of us loved our meals and were easily accommodated with boxes for our leftovers. I’m going back for the fried chicken dinner, which is advertised as #1 in the county!☺️

Had the fried mozzarella cheese they were huge but very tasty the marinara sauce tasted sweet but good. I got the country fried chicken it was delicious the green beans were great! My bf got the blackened Cesar wrap it was huge very fulfilling. I would highly recommend this place, even if its a date night or a night out with family. They have outdoor seating.our waitress Lauren was amazing very helpful with the menu she had on point server skills.

I had lunch there yesterday with a friend and had the pleasure of having Peyton for our waitress. She was so kind and charming. The food was absolutely delicious and the restaurant itself was clean and cozy.. highly recommend the Brussels and belly appetizer and the salmon power bowl. Both were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection! I cannot wait to go back!!

First time here and not disappointed! The place was super busy, I joined the wait list, but the table was ready before we got there, and they canceled us. We sat inside at the bar because there was no room outside. There was a big group of people taking most of the bar area and a tad noisy, but we stayed anyway. Nicholas got our drinks quickly, and we ordered some very delicious Chicken Potsickers with Sticky Icky sauce. So good. My husband ordered Blackened Grouper with Wild Rice and a Mango Peach salsa. The fish was delicious! The salsa didn’t have enough of the fruit flavor that I expected, but it was good. I had the Tutto Mare and some bread and a little of my husband salad. The Tutto Mare was spot on, bread was really good, and I really enjoyed the homemade Creamy Italian Dressing. Once the crowd left the bar, it got a bit quieter, and we could hear each other talk. We enjoyed the experience and will return. There is a lot on the menu we still want to try. Kudos to your staff!

I decided to treat myself to a nice lunch on the 1st day of the new year. I went to Joey B’s on Manchester. My waiter gave excellent service and was very polite. He recommended the Ravioli with Prosciutto. It was to die for! Excellent! Highly recommened. I was dining solo, but no one made it awkward. I enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. I was very pleased with my experience there. Just when I thought it couldnt get any better, the waiter informed me that the couple who were sitting next to me paid for my whole meal! They had already left, so I didnt get to Thank them. It made my day! If you see this, it was very much appreciated. What a great way to start off the New Year!

This place is AWESOME!! We took advantage of their outdoor booths since it was a gorgeous day. Service was excellent. Waitress was very friendly. I have food allergies and she was so helpful with suggestions of what she thought I could eat. I had a pizza topped with huge bacon pieces and a salad with vinegar and oil dressing. No issues afterwards, which was AMAZING!! Gluten free items can be quite expensive but I felt their pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely go back. SOON…I hope 🙂

We came here on a beautiful warm day in February to find that the patio was open! We were sat immediately in one of their awesome booths. We ordered the pasta and salad special that was on their new lunch menu. Both of our salads were huge and delicious! The lunch portion of pasta was so good and we had enough to take home for another meal! Bonus points for the huge drinks and yummy Italian bread and butter. We love this place!

Great patio, good and ambiance. Service is hit or miss, but the rest m makes up for it. Love their house salad and baked sandwiches. They are dog friendly too! Large portions and fair prices. Can Accommodate large groups. Great for families, date night, happy hour, hanging with friends. Check out their weekend mimosa specials. They have a full bar and can accommodate all drink selections. Plenty of parking in front and back of the restaurant. Did I mention their patio… They have fans for when it’s hot and heaters for when it’s cold weather. The patio is so cute, too!!!

I visited Joey B’s for the first time the other night, and it turned out to be a great experience. I went with the meatball sandwich, which was excellent, and the mashed potatoes with gravy were just as satisfying. The service was also top-notch, making the whole evening enjoyable.

Gave them 3 stars because they have the worst French fries. Cold, chewy, taste old. I have never had fries anywhere this bad. They tasted like they were cooked in an oven. I loved the cowboy burger but will never get fries there again.
