The things I enjoyed to eat we’re very good. Sometimes the place is a little too busy so you might wanna plan early to go. You get better service when you go early because the waiters and waitresses don’t seem to be too busy to come back and see if you need anything else and your weight won’t be so long of course. I’ve always enjoyed that little restaurant if you’d like a country setting it’s great. Their store is adorable a great place for the tourists. The parking is great and the bathrooms are very clean. I thank them all for their service and hospitality every time.

Came into cracker barrel and I really wanted it to be a good experience and was looking forward to it. Was seated promptly but waited 10 minutes to be waited on. During that time, the customer sitting next to me complained to the waiter how long his food took and I thought to myself hmm. Received our dinner rolls which were good but from there it went downhill. After about another 10 minutes after placing our order, our waiter came over to inform us they were out of mashed potatoes, The turkey we had ordered, and casserole dish was out as well. So we switched to baked potato, and then after another five to 10 minutes he walked over to inform us they were out of those as well. While waiting, I watched two other tables of guests just get up and leave. I watched as there were numerous tables in need of cleaning embossing. The fireplace at smoldering smoke coming out of it and no fire…The on duty manager came out of the kitchen a few times just to walk around and then walk back in. After about a half hour, And I’m not exaggerating, We decided to leave ourselves… Our waiter even said he could not blame us for doing so… To have such slow service, unkept dining room, and be out of key items in the kitchen during rush dinner hour I thought to be unacceptable. I don’t normally complain, but I wanted to have a word with the general manager who had already left for the evening to try and have words of constructive criticism. If this were my business I could never leave when my restaurant was in such disarray. I did speak with a the manager briefly, was polite by saying sorry as well as the hostess doing the same. At that point it was not about me and more about the restaurant itself I really wanted it to work for us that evening! We did leave our young waiter a tip for his trouble, but sorry cracker barrel, you folks can do better!

I tried to love this CB, but the food is usually cold & doesn’t taste right. The corn is good though. Bathroom floors sticky – nasty. Twice the waitress tried to bring me the wrong meal. Not a huge deal because most are just kids learning. The atmosphere is pretty & I love the store portion, so if I ever go back it will just be for the unusual store stuff.

Great food and great service! Food was so tempting I forgot to take a picture before eating. I ordered the Uncle Hershel’s special with 2 eggs over easy, stone ground grits, and 2 biscuits with sausage gravy and for the side I upgraded to buttermilk pancakes. So yummy

The only disappointing thing this visit was the Fried Okra. Tasted “off” and had to send it back.
Other than that, it was everything you’d expect from Cracker Barrel.

The gift shop was the best part. Cracker Barrel always has great items to purchase. I love getting the different sizes and designs in their tote bags. Our server was not very attentive to us at this location, however. She did not pay attention to us getting low on drinks and did not check on us often enough. I wasn’t all that happy with my meal but my husband enjoyed his. We will not be returning to this particular Cracker Barrel in the future. It’s off the main road…plus, we were just passing through on the way home.

Best part of Cracker Barrel will always be the store. The service was subpar. There was about a 15 minute wait this morning to be seated which is to be expected. Once we were seated it was about 20 minutes before a server came to M our table and asked if we needed help. I didnt know quite how to respond but ordered our food and asked for water as well. The steak I ordered was not cooked Medium as I requested, but I will state that the biscuits and gravy were very good. I was hoping this Cracker Barrel was going to be fantasic because I live so close, but it is your average run-of-the-mill breakfast spot. There seems to be a huge disconnect between the hosting booth and actual waiters on the floor.

Had a nice Friday Night dinner here with my wife and two teenage daughters. We had tried several other nearby restaurants that had huge waits, and we love Cracker Barrel for breakfast but decided it was time to go for dinner. We sat nearly immediately, and had a very polite and friendly waitress who went by Tio. She was great, took our orders, was helpful, and everything came out as expected. I did not take photos of each dish, but did take a photo of a Chicken Tender dinner with a side of Fries and Hash Brown Casserole (the primary reason we go to Cracker Barrel is for the hash brown casserole!). So good.

Due to being short staffed, it took about 10 minutes before our server arrived to take our drink orders. We gave him both the drink and food order at that time. He checked back often to ensure we were satisfied with our order. He did his best to cover all of his tables. The restaurant was not overly crowded and took about twenty minutes to be seated. Our order seemed to take longer than usual. It wasn’t excessively longer but was noticeable. Once my food arrived, it was hot and visually appealing. I ordered the cheesecake stuffed pancakes again. I really enjoyed my food. The pancakes were fluffy and warm. I especially like the cheesecake spread on the inside. It’s creamy and smooth. I spread the whipped cream all over the top. There was enough whipped cream to cover my pancakes. The fresh strawberries paired well with the pancakes. They had a hint of sweetness and were firm but not hard. The strawberry syrup tasted like strawberries. It upped the sweetness of the meal. The aroma and appearance of my food made my mouth water. The meal was full of flavor and smooth going down. It was another great meal at Cracker Barrel.
