Pizza Ranch is hands down one of the best buffet pizza places around! The variety is fantastic—fresh, hot pizzas constantly coming out with something for everyone. From classic favorites to specialty options, everything is flavorful with generous toppings and perfectly baked crust. The chicken is crispy and delicious, and the salad bar is always fresh and well stocked.
What truly sets this location apart is the outstanding leadership from the manager, Jennifer. She goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome and taken care of. You can see her actively involved, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure the food stays fresh and the dining area stays clean. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really make a difference.

Pizza Ranch has this down to a science. I went on a Thursday. They have regular and boneless wings. If it was $17 for everything without the pizza, it would be worth it. With pizza in the buffet is an easy bargain. Unlike CiCi pizza buffet, this includes your drink. The fried chicken and deserts were amazing. I should have asked for thinner crust pizza. They would do it. Staff is incredibly helpful and hard-working. They seemed to be busy. They seemed to help each other. This location was a great experience.

I was in the arcade trying to load a card. 3:30 – 4pm 1/25/26
I had 25 dollars to put on the card. The machine asked for 22 dollars. I asked the cashier for change. She gets shitty with me and tells me that the machine does not give change. I said I understand that but the reason they put you back here with a cash register is to make change and hand out toys for tickets.
I didnt need her comment. I needed her to do what she is being paid to do and she had an issue with that. I would recommend to pizza ranch to find someone more capable / willing to do the job with respect for pizza ranches customers.

Great chicken. I mean really great chicken. The pizza is just ok. The cactus bread dessert is addictive. The staff clears plates very quickly and everyone is always friendly. There’s an arcade now that’s fun. It’s a bit loud but that’s to be expected.

I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant in my life. My calm, polite 85 year old grandmother and her young great-grandchildren were threatened with police charges by the manager. It was absolutely unbelievable. Truly it all stemmed from a simple misunderstanding and employees that had zero patience with an elderly woman who was simply trying to understand her receipt and charges. I am personally a Christian pastor and try to be a patient person. I have never been through anything like that in my whole life. We have been a long time Pizza Ranch supporters on other communities because of their Christian values. I will be contacting the corporate office in the morning because this was a truly frightening experience. We felt unsafe because of how angry and hostile the manager was over something so minimal. I hope this is not others experience but there is no way I can feel comfortable going back there again and just felt compelled to let the public know. On top of it all the manager was even unwilling to give us her name, and did not wear a name tag. Technically, she even went so far as to threaten to press charges when I calmly asked for her name then refused to acknowledge my presence even in front of other customers from there on. Ultimately we had to leave. It was very embarrassing and I continue to feel it was entirely unnecessary based primarily on a misunderstanding.

Everything is amazing including the arcade, only thing you have to watch out for is if everyone goes to the arcade as your table will be snatched in just 2 seconds so just make sure to leave your belongings at the table but other than that, it’s amazing.
