This was the Southfield, Michigan location. The staff was pleasant. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The mushroom and Swiss burger was delicious and seasoned well. The fries were fresh and my mountain dew drink was refreshing! I would recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area for sure

This is the best Applebees in metro Detroit.
Such a vibe.
Host was mad cool and the waitress was amazing.
Everything my family and I ordered was hot and fresh. Love the loaded waffle fries for an appetizer. The oriental chicken salad is a huge portion and the chicken was cooked perfectly.
Music and atmosphere also made the whole experience 10/10.

Food is delicious!! I really enjoy the fiesta Line chicken and chocolate layer, dessert with fudge!! So good I went back the next day to order the same thing! Happy the carryout service assisted me and my husband on Valentine’s Day not having to wait forever and a day to order over the phone and picking up! Highly recommend and enjoy curb side pickup!!

I stop by this location several times a week or order it to be delivered at home for my mother. I ordered carside tonight and it should have been ready at 7:12 p.m. I was on the phone and didn’t realize I had been waiting over 30 minutes. The only person to come in and out the employee door was a man smoking a cigarette, black jacket, sagging his pants, with burgundy underwear.
I went inside to ask about my order, and surprisingly, it was ready. I asked the employee who brought my food, why was no one was bringing the food to the cars, and I was told it depends on the shift because they don’t all come to your car. So…what is the point in offering carside service?? The people preparing the carside orders can see clearly the cars waiting for their orders, and still, no one had the decency to say anything to those of us waiting for our food. The icing on the cake was when I got home, the QR code on the receipt to take the customer service survey had been torn off.
The whole experience was tacky. I work long days and go here for the convenience of not having to leave my car. Anyway, I won’t be returning. Do better.

Dined in with my coworker after a long shift and experienced such great service. Cre was our server and she had no problem taking care of us as indecisive as we were. Food was made fresh. The busser, David was exceptional as well. Accommodating anything we needed. We will definitely be back.

The food was very good. Our server, autumn, was very delightful. The music was loud and we waited over an hour to get all of our food and two meals came out rice minutes before the last one. We ate so grateful anytime food is provided for us but we won’t turn here.

lets just start with the food that was fried in oil on life support since 2009, the apps were somehow burnt and cold still, literally like someone dunked the food in warm water because they forgot to thaw whatever frozen Costco bulk food they got before frying it. The boneless wings were the only edible item we found honestly 7/10.
But the smells tho, you would expect the great grease smell of the limp and lifeless food but no the waft of weed is all you get. If you love a great contact high and frozen food and a lingering sense of sadness just let your local server know, and thats if you are lucky or unlucky enough that they come over to your table.
After self inflicted torture of eating a quarter of the food we left for the wonders of mcdonalds instead

Tamiyra J. was an amazing server. She was so good that I had to request her manager to brag about the amazing service and food. All her suggestions were amazing from the drinks, appetizers to the entree. All the food served was hot and delicious. She was so sweet and polite. The entire experience was amazing.
