Wow — amazing dining experience. The service was incredible, especially for a table of 14 with 7 kids. Our waitress was attentive, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was amazing, everything was prepared perfectly. Thank you for a great experience

My husband and I live near the Square and usually skip this spot because it is always packed, but we were lucky to have only a short wait this past Saturday night. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding from the front desk to the manager to our wonderful server Rheagan. We tried the BBQ empanadas, noodle salad, fried cauliflower, tacos and the South of the Border bowl. Everything is highly recommended except for the bowl. The ingredients listed did not match what we received. It was overwhelmingly filled with rice, (more than I would cook for three people), and very little of the other toppings. The steak was tasty, but I expected more corn, tomatoes, peppers and cilantro.. a balanced mix overall. One last note is that the bathrooms are very dated, had an unpleasant smell, and could use a renovation to match the restaurant’s inviting/modern atmosphere.

I would definitely come back for the great service and most of the menu items we tried.

My wife and I visited Taqueria Tsunami for lunch on Memorial Day. The place was unusually quiet, but I assume that was because people were vacationing. We were able to be seated immediately. Being a slow day, it meant that our server, Alyssa, could check on us more often. She took good care of us.

Once seated, we asked the hostess if she had any recommendations. She recommended the Korean fried cauliflower, and OH MY WORD IT WAS GOOD. Very lightly fried and tossed in a Korean chili sauce, the cauliflower remains just firm enough to make it easy to eat yet split into bites if the piece is too big.

For entrées, I got the noodle salad and my wife got a Trio of Rich man’s taco, short rib taco, and cucumber salad. I added a Baja taco onto her Trio to make it a Quattro. The fish in the Baja is his light and the coupling of the slaw. Makes it a very tasty taco. The Rich man’s and short rib tacos are both rich, but the short rib taco wins out in a taste test, IMO. The only somewhat disappointing dish was the cucumber salad, which didn’t have the same combination of sweet and tangy that we used to. The server believed it was because it was soon after opening and the longer the salad marinates, the better it gets. Something to consider if you go for lunch.

Korean fried cauliflower appetizer, noodle salad, entrée, Quattro. $39.75 before tip.

For me, they get 5 stars, hands down!

It’s been a while since my last visit, but I’m thrilled to say the food was just as amazing as I remembered. It’s always refreshing to see a restaurant maintain its quality over time, and they’ve truly nailed it. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff here are consistently kind, courteous, and attentive, which adds so much to the overall experience.

This time, I ordered the Avocado Spring Rolls, and let me tell you, they were absolutely delicious—just as perfect as I remembered. They’ve really mastered balancing the creamy avocado with the crispy texture of the rolls. It’s the kind of dish that makes you crave your next visit before you’ve even left. I also ordered the Mahi Tacos which were also really delicious but they are a bit spicy, so if your not into spice you may want to request no spice or skip this dish.

Their menu is well-organized and easy to navigate, which I appreciate. No overwhelming clutter or confusing options—just simple, clear choices that highlight their amazing dishes. The atmosphere here is also worth mentioning: everything is spotless and well-maintained, with a vibe that feels warm and welcoming.

What stood out to me most was their attention to detail. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their presentation, from the plating of the food to the overall cleanliness of the space. To me, that’s a crucial part of any great dining experience. It shows they care about every aspect of their business.

I’ll definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting. The food was fantastic – it came out super quick, hot, and tasty. Service was mediocre. Didn’t see our waiter much after we ordered when we needed more to drink or more napkins. It was super hot inside – not sure if there was an AC issue but we were definitely warm. Would come back for the food for sure.

A family and friend favorite, you can never go wrong with Taqueria Tsunami. Absolutely love their fusion food and drinks are always on point. We always bring visitors from out of town here to experience this restaurant and we love the location on the Marietta Square.

The food is so delectable! My husband and I ordered the avocado/cilantro eggs rolls, the short rib quesadillas, with the cucumber salad! Oh my gosh, my palette was in love! The egg rolls were so de-Licious, the quesadilla short rib was divine, and the cucumber salad was a sweet/sour surprise!
Oh, and our server Miri ( I think I got the name right) was attentive, informative and quick on her feet! Even more, our meal was so economical!
Thanks, Miri and we will be back with the family!

Food here is always the best. Doesn’t break the bank and I usually leave full. Customer service here is always top tier and the wait during busy hours isn’t horrible, even with a full house. Food prices and quality match in my opinion and I visit whenever I’m near by and want a quick bite. Parking on the other hand is a nightmare at the square. So be prepared to park farther away and walking to this spot. Just a warning.

TS on the Marietta Square gets rave reviews for good reason.

FOOD – we are vegetarians, but most of our friends are not. TS is our go-to because they have wonderful options for everyone. The food is always delicious, with inviting plating, and the portions are generous.

DRINKS – Cocktails and mocktails are expertly made, with presentations that makes them lovely to look at, as you enjoy every sip.

SERVICE – It’s always good, but most recently, it was exceptional. HOLLY was our server and she is second-to-none. She knows the menu top to bottom , answered every question, helped us with our selections, and is a warm and friendly person. My husband likes to say he can get good food at home, so when we go out for a meal, a big part of the dining experience is the service. Holly made our experience perfect. The next time we’re in, we’ll be requesting her station.
