Perfect stop for a delicious and refreshing pick me up after a long day on the North Shore! The acai bowls have a ton of flavor and the fresh fruit is not only blended but also added on top. Highly recommend if you have time. The shop can get busy and there were only 2 people taking orders and making the bowls, but definitely worth the wait!

Perfect North Shore pit stop! The acai bowls here are super refreshing, packed with flavor, and loaded with fresh toppings. We got ours to go and they held up great—cool, creamy, and satisfying.

The vibe of the place matches the area—laid-back, clean, and welcoming. Staff was friendly and the service was quick. Definitely a go-to if you’re in Haleiwa and craving something healthy, cold, and delicious!

Banzai Bowls serves up some seriously delicious açaí bowls! I had the Shoyo bowl, and my wife had the Maui Sunrise—both were amazing, packed with fresh fruit and great flavors. The portions are generous, and you can’t beat enjoying them by the beach.

That said, the prices feel a bit steep considering the ingredients seem to purchased from Costco. You’re definitely paying for the location and the experience. I highly recommend grabbing your bowl and walking across the street to enjoy it on the benches with a beachfront view—it’s the perfect spot to relax.

Overall, fantastic bowls, but be prepared to pay a little extra for the vibe and location.

Took me 40 minutes to get a smoothie it killed the entire vibe I was bored out of my mind… there should no reason it takes 40 minutes to make a smoothie, I could have went back there and made my own smoothie in half the time. The workers are lazy out of their mind.

Shared the Sharks Cove Açai Bowl with 3 people and it was so good! Apart from the long waiting time, the taste and size of the bowl made it worth it. Highly recommend!

This merchant has need of some help. I am still waiting for my bowl and although I’m sure it’s going to be awesome it’s a travesty that there’s only one girl working here trying to do this all by herself. She seems like a very composed and intelligent young woman but she’s absolutely overwhelmed. I’m sitting here watching customers come in and leave because she just can’t do everything alone….

We purchased a Maui sunrise and sharks cove in large. It was the perfect post surf lesson bite. I love the great blend of the Maui sunrise. It was a lot! Very filling and yummy. Across the street there are some picnic tables where you can watch the waves and enjoy the vibe.

I was really disappointed by this place because I had high expectations because of the reviews. It’s my first açai bowl in Hawaii so I don’t know if that’s just how they are here but the açai was absolutely flavourless. I got the shoyo bowl where the base is acai blended with almond milk, and it was a smoothie like consistency. The acai was pale purple so clearly quite diluted, and it just tasted of absolutely nothing. The toppings were generous, as was the general portion size (18$ for a large bowl that was truly quite large) and the peanut butter I added was nice, but then there was a large drizzle of honey, also tasteless, and just extremely sugary. The granola is also not very nice. The girls working there are not the warmest of people either. So overall disappointed, it was still refreshing but the açai had no taste, the only distinctive ‘flavour’ was sugar.

Yummy açaí bowl!! I didn’t like how the small came in the same tall bowel as the large. Both bowls are tall, I think they’d be better suited short/fat (easier to eat). These are the priciest ones we’ve had on the island, however, you do get more fruit options included in the order. Overall very tasty!
