Reliable spot for late-night eats in the Lloyd District. Service here is great—staff is welcoming and the place is kept clean.
The food was a mixed bag: the burger and fries were unfortunately mediocre and not very hot. However, the fish and chips saved the meal; the cod was super crispy and fresh. Great for convenience, just skip the burger and go for the seafood!

This location was across the street from my hotel, so I thought I’d give it a try. I was actually pleasantly surprised. Everything was delicious, and extremely fresh as well. The timing was a little longer than expected, but I’m ok with waiting if I know I’m getting fresh food. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go again to try more items. Shout out to the hazelnut sauce on the ice cream sundae, really tasty!!

After a day of walking around the city without breakfast, the burger tasted great, but objectively speaking, I wouldn’t say it’s the best burger I’ve ever had. I’d only go back if I was really hungry and nearby. The size is good, the place is clean, and the service is just okay.

What a unique, fast food place! 100% of their energy comes from wind power, they compost, and their oil gets used for biodiesel. Very cool and really good food as well! This location is right next to the convention center and gets pretty busy, with occasionally people trying to solicit for food outside.

Service was so great, lots of kind and sweet people working there. The food felt like a joke. Perhaps it was? I feel as though that’s the only explanation to this completely smashed and mangled, itty bitty burger. The bun was so dry and stale I’m not convinced this burger was made same-day. The wonton salad was tiny and flavorless with three little slices of a green pea. Don’t get fooled into thinking you’re going to get a fresh, satisfying veggie salad. My first time going to a Burgerville. Not sure what the hype is about.

Great woman at the window, extremely friendly and welcoming. although our order was taken correctly on the receipt, the other staff first gave us someone else’s order and then remade our order incorrectly so we couldnt eat it anyways, definitely not returning and would not recommend. Give the drive-thru woman a raise.

Food is good but not great. But the name Burgerville seems like maybe in its beginning the place made the best hamburgers around, but now it’s on the same level as McDonald’s. It’s sad but it is modern day reality it’s all about how fast the money can be made, and who cares about quality!!!

Been going here for my work lunch for a little over 4 years now. This staff is phenomenal. Even with being at the convention center and line ups down the street they somehow always have your online order ready right then and there or have it ready in about 5 minutes. We ordered a 6 piece fish meal for dine in. When it was brought to table ther were no tarter sauce packs in it. I went to counter requesting the 2 packs. I was handed two that were stacked on eachother. The lower one had been resting on the shelf where food is passed through and heat lamps keep food warm. I immediately felt that the lower pack was warm. The upper pack was room temperature. When I opened warm pack it was curdled. We did not use it. After eating I went to tbe counter and told them tbey should store tbeir tarter sauce differently. 1 employee stated that “it probably got warm in tje box”. It never was in the box as I had to go ask for it. Another employee stated that “it isn’t hot up here” as tbey put their hand on shelf. Most of tarter sauces are in their boxes on the shelf but some are setting directly on the stainless steel shelf which has heat lamps below it. The cardboard boxes most likely keep the packs from getting hot but the few packs that inadvertently get set directly on stainless shelf get warm enough to curdle. Be aware of the next time you peel open your tarter sauce. Before you dunk check if sauce is curdled.
