In-N-Out Burger

  4.6 – 3,521 reviews   • Hamburger restaurant

From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Classic burger chain serving customizable burgers, hand-cut fries & shakes.

In my opinion, this is the best burger chain in the United States. Every visit consistently delivers an outstanding experience. The restaurant is always very clean, which immediately creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional, making you feel valued as a customer from the moment you walk in. On top of that, the food quality is exactly what you expect every time: fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared burgers, and excellent overall taste.

This chain maintains its high standards across the board, combining cleanliness, great service, and consistently excellent quality. Highly recommended.

Lilly was extremly friendly and helpful!

This is my second time trying In-N-Out Burger, first one was in Texas the second is this place, First and foremost, the place was busy, all tables were occupied, the second I found a table an employee came and wiped the table for me, he was walking around cleaning and sweeping, I have to admit, the place was spotless considering the number of customers.
Two other employees were mopping and drying the floor simultaneously, kudos to that.
I took a star off the food, because of the salty fries and patties, the same thing in texas I found it to be on the salty side for my Personal preference, otherwise the place is very clean, employees are hard workers and very friendly, food was great except the salty taste.
If they only cut back on the amount of salt they use this place will be great.

First time trying In N Out as from the UK. Was super busy and although they are very efficient it took quite a while to get food. Husband likes the burger but preferred the one at jack in the box. Fries weren’t great but milkshakes were delicious.

If you have been following my post and reviews, you are aware that I very rarely get five stars for anyone it has to be exceptional. However, this in and out Burger in Glendale Los angeles, california, was fabulous! It was very busy on the Saturday evening that we went. The food however was served quickly as I ordered it to go. The double double was delicious. I am going to make one thing clear here, I do not like the french fries at In-N-Out! I feel like the fries are waxy particularly after they’ve gotten cool or cold. However, you cannot find a better cheeseburger in the universe at a fast food location. Totally fresh! The ground beef, the lettuce, the tomatoes, the onions everything is totally fresh and absolutely delicious. Enjoy. CAB

Very busy chaotic burger joint. I waited, what felt like more than I should’ve, for just a regular cheeseburger and fries. Fries we’re way to salty and to me it was just a cheeseburger. Convenient location and does stay open late. Its worth trying.
Isaiah at the front register was very personable and friendly.

I’d like to start by saying that it was quite a mission to get a table to eat there, but aside from that, For what you pay, the burger is totally worth it. The cheese fries are out of this world, and if there’s one thing In-N-Out stands out for, it’s the excellent service from the staff.

There is no drive up, so technically it’s 50% faster than another average N N Out!

It was packed but that just showed me how popular of a place it is. I had a bit of a wait but it didn’t feel ominous, it was actually very comfortable. The cheeseburger was really good and the fries are always made in fresh oil and you can honestly taste the difference. I had been told about this place for years but I was never in a state that had one until recently. I’m happy I managed to give it a try and would go back if I had the chance.

It’s In-N-Out, either you love it or hate it. No wait at this location the two times we went, while the Harvey location had a 30 minute wait each time. Parking out front in the two-hour parking spaces is the way to go, but the garage is not bad and then you can walk around the adjacent mall.

I visited In-N-Out Burger twice during my vacation. I heard from my local friend that they have a secret menu that isn’t show on the display. It calls “Protein Style” they use American lettuce wrap on a burger instead of buns. It is so good, not too heavy and that is why I have to go there a second time.

Service is ok, I don’t expect much from a fast-food place. It is a crowded place but both of times, I can find a seat to sit.
