Blue Pizza wasn’t great. I stopped in for a slice to check it out, and I wasn’t really impressed. I really liked the amazing artwork of a whale on the wall, and the staff member was really nice, but other than that, there weren’t many positives. All of the tables were covered in crumbs, the condiment station was nasty, and my slice of pizza was good, but not quite worth the $5 I paid for it. I might stop in some time in the future, but there’s a lot of better chain and local options than this one.

Meh. It’s decent pizza at best. Floopy, greasy, not good but not bad either. Just…meh. Service was good, and employees were friendly.
The pizza topping prices are pretty wild, because the veggies are the same price as meats. $2 for some tomatoes and another $2 for basil is a bit much imo.

Blue Pizza truly delivers that real New York pizza experience. From the moment I walked in, the aroma alone told me I was in the right place. The crust was perfectly thin and crisp, the sauce had that authentic NY tang, and the cheese was melted just right—every bite was delicious. The staff was just as impressive as the food: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. If you’re craving true NY-style pizza with amazing service to match, Blue Pizza is definitely worth the visit.

I want to really like this place I really do but food was only ok. Pizza fell into the trap all too common in places around here of having a crust that tastes only like flour and it drags the pizza down. People are nice and it has a nice hole in the wall feel that I love but please tweak the crust recipe so it’s not a black hole of flavor. It does not taste “bad”. Just not good either. I’d love for this place to be my regular go to so I’ll try again eventually.

I stopped by the new location yesterday with my friends. Congratulations on the move the place looks great. But I have to be honest, the prices caught me off guard. Five dollars for a slice of pizza is pretty steep, especially coming from someone who’s originally from New Jersey, where even there you don’t usually see that price.
I came to support you, but paying around $15 for two slices and a soda it’s insane. Even my friends thought it was crazy. There are other spots nearby like Dano we went there last week, with bigger slices, a lot cheaper than yours, and more atmosphere, so it makes it hard to justify coming back regularly.
I really do think you’ve got a great place, but the slice price is high for what it is my friend.
I hope you’ll consider adjusting it. I’d would like to come back and support you again, but until you adjust the slice price, I am not stepping foot in there.

Had Blue Pizza delivered by GrubHub to our VRBO while staying in Columbia….Food was amazing, although it was fairly cooled off by the time it got to us. The flavors were great, and I loved that they had some unusual options to choose from. I tried the Brussel Sprout and Bacon pizza with added Artichoke hearts. Super yummy! My hubby’s Chicken Parm sandwich was huge and he was thrilled that it had real chicken instead of a fried patty. The Italian Donuts were tasty, but the glaze had leaked out in the serving dish. We were still able to scoop some up, so it turned out okay. Would definitely order from here again!

Crust is ok but pretty dry. Pizza overall is also just ok. There are much better pizzerias in the Columbia area now. Atmosphere in there is like a hybrid between a frat house and a dungeon. Also, just look at the way they respond to their customers on Google. They are probably going to insult me for leaving this review lol

Having recently been to New York, I thought I had been spoiled by their pizza – and while it is excellent, I was SHOCKED by Blue Pizza. It has quickly rocketed to the number one (and ONLY) place I go for Pizza in Columbia. I have really enjoyed most of their pies – they have a great crust, are cooked to perfection, and they have a great, fresh flavor – but I was BLOWN AWAY when I tried their New Jersey style Pizza. It is just perfect – thin enough to be crisp and have a bit of crunch, thick enough to maintain a nice cheese, sauce and crust ratio – it also holds toppings GREAT and the fresh basil is awesome. Also – the staff is incredibly friendly and they often steer me towards new pie’s I wouldn’t have tried but always love (my sister is a sucker for the blue cheese with sausage). There aren’t a lot of foods I regularly dream about, but the New Jersey style is for sure one of them! If you haven’t tried them, GO! It’s in Five Points, so parking can sometimes be an issue, but it isn’t too bad.

If your from NY or NJ this place is not for you. Pizza is over priced and stiff as board. Slices are on the small side.
