I made an online order at 8pm
Came inside and sat at 8:10 pm waited til 8:30 still no food.
So I waited 30 mins to not even get my food.
I only ordered a yogurt .
The 2 girls were complaining about working.
They helped 5 cars in line.
I then went thru the line and asked for a refund for my online order. They said I would have to come back the next day because no manager was there.
( no okay with any returant to not have a manager on duty)
I was an assistant manager of Wendy’s and this isn’t allowed for any corporation.)
I don’t understand why they helped drive thru instead of a mobile order first.
It’s not fair.
If I wanted receipt ! I said yes and she gave me card and receipt! To my surprised my total charged had an added tip!(more than 2.00 dollars) I was not asked for a tip nor authorized it! Well I don’t like being taken advantage of so I address it with the young staff appropriately! She never said sorry but told the manager I’m guessing the manager who later came to the window and stated so you want this charge back in your card! I said Yes I never authorized it and it’s very Rude to do this to your customers! The female stated the staff just hit the wrong button! It was a Mistake! Again there was No apology! I understand mistakes happen I just am
Not sure I believe it! Have the younger generation lost their manners! The manager female stated to be do you want it back on your card!!!! Of course I did but I had no time to sit and wait for the exchange!
I’m appalled that the manager female didn’t say sorry about the whole issues!
My thoughts are how many other customers that trust them have assume they never added a Tip!
It’s the principle about it all!
No one even said the first girl was new or we are really sorry otherwise I would have dropped it!!!
I have been there many times and never been asked are you paying with card or cash!
The Trust and customer service was so lacking! I was appalled this place didn’t take ownership of their So call Mistake !!!!
Please be aware and treat customer better please!
Staff was great. We had never been in before and the staff really helped.
Our smoothies were really good and prices reasonable. Not as many options as Smoothie King but we really prefer this place.
I had the Paradise Point. I left out the strawberries due to unable to eat them. Tell them exactly what you want and they will do so happily.
Many places go out of business in this location but I really hope they stay!
