The waitress was very friendly and her service was top notch. The breakfast we had was the spinach omelet and pancakes. Very tasty but could have been a little warmer. Coffee was really good and they offer multiple creamer choices, which is a great touch for us coffee lovers. Restroom was clean. This location is handicapped ♿️ accessible. Relaxing atmosphere.

Customer service is nonexistent. Should not be open on Christmas day because they do not have the capacity or comprehension to operate efficiently. We went in with a party of 6 and got put in the waiting area with a party of 20+. We waited a very long time while parties with 2 or 3 people continued to get seated and instead of making the newer arrivals wait, the staff continued to ignore us. They also refused to put us in two booths or tables next to each other( we’ve done this at several restaurants before)instead of forcing us to wait for some reason. I say forced because they continued to allow us to wait instead of just saying they wouldn’t serve us. Was told by a staff member that they would see about setting us up in the conference room, instead they cleared and cleaned up the conference room for the party of 20+ then continued to ignore us. I understand it was busy but I witnessed several tables and booths become empty and instead of seating us they continued to seat new arrivals. At this point, we finally got the memo that they simply didn’t want to serve us and we left after wasting so much time. I would have preferred someone to say, hey, we are at full capacity right now and you will be waiting for 2-3 hours just to be seated. Instead, they continued to seat sooo many people before us. I even saw a party of 2 sitting alone at a table that could have sat 4-6 people. This is the first Christmas I’ve tried to take my family out to eat and I definitely will not be attempting it ever again. Just a warning.

I was with a group of four and our waiter was getting ready to take our order. Before I ordered, I let the waiter know that I was on a separate check. The service was good, the food was good until we got the checks. It was on one slip. It took some time at the register to find out who had what and the amount of each person had to pay. So we stopped going there to eat. If the waiter just only put the separate checks then it wouldn’t been a problem. But no, he had to do it his was.

We visited IHOP as a party of eight, and despite the restaurant being busy with several other large groups, our waitress Nataly P. delivered truly outstanding service. She was incredibly attentive from start to finish, made sure every detail of our order was correct, and handled everything with patience and a consistently pleasant disposition.
Her calm, friendly demeanor made our meal so much more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who can balance efficiency, accuracy, and genuine kindness during a rush, but Nataly did exactly that. She is a wonderful asset to this IHOP location, and we deeply appreciated her care.
We’ll definitely be back thanks to her exceptional service.

Melvin our service is sweet, attentive and professional! The restores clean and warm (cold morning) the food was hot and delicious. All in all a wonderful experience.
