I’ve never written a review for a Starbucks, but the service and friendliness was SO great this morning, it warrants kudos. This was my first visit to this particular Starbucks. Although there were cars in the drive thru I received prompt counter service. I was ordering drinks for four people; two of the orders required consultation with the staff for their opinion and expertise. The woman helping me came through in spades! Personal eye contact was made with me when the order was ready, and I was even asked how to pronounce my name. Excellent advice was given, and the drink receivers loved what was made for them. A personal touch was added on each of the cups, bringing another smile.

In May of 2024, kind of an entitled, unimpressive staff. But a great spot otherwise; plenty of parking, clean, really comfortable chairs, nice open windows for veiw.

i just ordered a grande hot pumpkin. inside. picked it up, got in the car, took one sip and it felt oddly light. i took off the lid and the cup is literally filled just over 2/3. i don’t know if this was a mistake. i was gonna turn around and go back inside but didn’t want to start me day complaining. ugh! paying $7.20 for a coffee i expect the cup to be mostly full.

I’m an avid Starbucks guy and I am not okay with being required to order before having access to a restroom, I’m not dressed like I’m displaced or utilizing a restroom for anything besides what it’s used for. Won’t be back to this location

This is the starbucks where i learned the new corporate policy is not to let people use the bathroom. Already sold my stock. 3 out of 4 employees were rude.
I think the worst part about my experience here was that as i was leaving, after telling 3 extremely stand-offish cashiers that their new policy was off-putting, the starbucks app on my phone was sending me notifications about what drink specials were going on.
While my big problem is with corporate for this policy it doesn’t change how awful these women were to me. Like God forbid someone tells you your new policy is off-putting. Be able to take criticism. I don’t need starbucks- starbucks needs me.
These women were so mean and unreceptive i felt totally disrespected as a long time customer.

I walked into the store urgently needing to use the restroom. When I asked for the bathroom code, one of the baristas responded, “You need to make a purchase first.” This response was completely unacceptable. It takes minimal effort to extend basic courtesy—especially in situations where someone clearly has an immediate need.
I made it clear that I intended to make a purchase and simply needed to use the restroom first. Only then did the barista reluctantly provide the code. This kind of attitude is unnecessary and unprofessional.
Denying restroom access in this manner reflects poorly on the store’s customer service. The experience was off-putting and made me reconsider whether I even wanted to give this location my business. A little compassion and common sense go a long way—and were sorely lacking in this interaction.
After exiting the restroom, I realized I had forgotten my wallet and told the barista, “I forgot my wallet—I’ll be right back.” Her reaction was incredibly unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging my comment, she loudly and sarcastically shouted, “BYE!” as if she assumed I was lying. Another barista then added, “WHAT DID HE SAY?!” in a tone that only escalated the rudeness of the situation.
At that point, I debated whether to even return. But to prove a point, I went back in and made a small purchase. Unfortunately, throughout the entire transaction, I was met with nothing but attitude and unwelcoming behavior.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and basic respect for customers.

Solid Starbucks. No drive thru.
Plenty of seating, great for groups. Lots of power outlets, soft cushions, and the standard amazing employees. There’s outdoor seating, two bathrooms, and decent wifi.
