I stopped by for lunch and enjoyed my meal. The pho is outstanding as well as their Vietnamese iced coffee. My server was great and helpful. Overall quiet atmosphere with a few to-go orders. I’ve been searching for a pho place that’s near me and I think I found it. I don’t know if it was the day I went in but if you want your meat/noodles to be slightly undercooked and have it finish in the broth, let them know. When I got mine, both were at peek preparedness. I’m glad I gave this place a chance.

This Northern Vietnamese restaurant is such a gem. Everything we tried was delicious and well balanced. The flavors are on the lighter side, which I really enjoyed, nothing too heavy or overpowering, just clean and comforting.

The crowd favorite for a reason is the special shredded chicken over sticky rice. It’s so good and definitely a must-order. On top of that, the service is excellent and very attentive.

If you like authentic Northern Vietnamese food with subtle, comforting flavors, this place is worth a visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Lovely Vietnamese restaurant offering northern dishes. The place is clean, fresh and staff is nice and friendly. My bun bo hue had good balance of meats. The pork knuckles and rare beef were tender and flavorful. I left the brisket towards the end to soak up soup since it was dry, but overall it was a spicy, tasty dish. The grill pork and rice dish has great presentation Also, the aged or fermented lemonade was delicious. Plenty of free parking and in a shopping plaza with Target and other interesting shops.

I have been trying to find a decent bun cha in NYC/NJ comparable to the ones I had in Hanoi to no success until I stumbled upon this restaurant! The pork was smokey and packed with flavor, the vegetables light and fresh!

But the real star of our lunch was the Xôi Xeo Ga, which we would easily drive down for. The chicken was cleaaan and tasty, and paired so well with the pickled vegetables, deep fried shallots, and sticky rice. It comes with a garlic sauce that was perfect with the dish.

Le, the owner, is a master at her craft. The decor is also stunning, I took some pictures of the ceramics displayed in the restaurant

Probably the most authentic and aesthetic Vietnamese restaurant I’ve went to in all of NJ! It is very clean and beautiful inside. I am a regular here and often get their Hanoi chicken and rice. The chicken pho is also comparable to what I had in Hanoi. All the sauces and broths are major flavor bombs and satisfy all the cravings. I took my family here one time and they also had much love for the restaurant to the point where my mom asked the owner for the restaurant’s business card to share with her friends. Definitely pay a visit here and try their Hanoi specials!

By looking at the before and after photos, you can really understand how this dish is served. The Bún Bò Huế here is very delicious, not too salty and perfectly suits my taste. The portion is generous with plenty of meat, and the broth is very fragrant and flavorful.
I’ve come here many times, and I’ve been satisfied with every dish I’ve tried. I also highly recommend the Cơm Tấm, Miến Gà, Bún Đậu Mắm Tôm, and Bún Chả Hà Nội. These are all my favorite dishes from this place.

This was my first time coming to this establishment and let me tell you the experience and hospitality was one that I have not experienced in a long time it was a 10. From the pleasant clean environment , to the nice plates to how courteous each staff member was it was a fantastic experience. The food was very flavorful, it was a nice amount and I am looking forward to my next visit. Everything was fresh and the price was reasonable! Please come and try you will be back again and again and again. Stephanie is a very nice respectful person who looks to make your experience one that you look to get in any restaurant, she sets the standard!

An absolutely delightful dining experience! This restaurant serves up authentic Vietnamese cuisine that truly stands out. The meats were incredibly tender, the pho broth was rich and flavorful without being overpowering, and the dipping sauces added a perfect spicy kick. Every dish felt fresh and carefully crafted. The staffs are attentive and caring. We’re lucky to have the chef greeted us. Hands down, the best Vietnamese restaurant in the area—highly recommend!

This unsuspecting place in a strip mall is legit. The pho here is a northern style that is fresh and authentic. The rice and noodle dishes are delicious. My favorite is the mi bo xao gion, crispy egg noodles with beef and vegetables. It’s literally the best I’ve had. My wife’s is Vietnamese and we’ve tried a lot of the places around. We even travel out of town to try something we’ve seen on social media and Hanoi Cuisine is near the top of our list. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

If I could live here I would!!! Being from Philadelphia we have a plethora of Vietnamese restaurants but my wife and I love to make the drive out here for Hanoi cuisine. It’s much different and in my opinion better than the rest. The beautiful aesthetics of the interior decor, paired with all of the elegant tableware really makes you feel good inside. Don’t even get me started with how delicious the food is because I would be here all day. The picture shows our egg coffee that’s a must try, the Hanoi special chicken salad which I buy whenever I come, and the Bún Bò Huê soup my wife’s favorite. I’m not sure if this place is gate kept or not but it sure is a Gem for us. I highly recommend to anyone who’s loves this type of viet cuisine like we do. This is our favorite Vietnamese restaurant.
