I ordered by phone, got an excellent service. Sushi was fantastic. I thought I will not be able to try something like that in this country. Looks exactly like on menu pictures, fresh , delicious and has lots of fish. It is my number one! Deserves 6 of 5 stars!

We’ve been wanting to try this sushi place for a while, and it did not disappoint! Everything was super tasty, and we were pleasantly surprised. The selection is not huge, but every roll we ordered was delicious and well made — tightly rolled, fresh, and full of flavor. Portion sizes were great too. Overall, everything was perfect. Hands down the best sushi around! Iakimo Sushi completely exceeded my expectations. The fish is incredibly fresh, the rolls are perfectly balanced, and the presentation is on point. The staff is welcoming, and the whole experience feels authentic and relaxed. I’ve been to Mikuni plenty of times, but honestly — Iakimo’s sushi is better than Mikuni. You can taste the difference in quality and attention to detail. Definitely my new go-to spot for sushi!

Delicious, fresh sushi and great service! The husband and wife are so sweet, along with their adorable daughters. I highly recommend their special Nigiri sets, but honestly everything is good! I’ve been wanting to find good sushi in Sacramento for a while -and this place makes exactly what I was looking for.
The sushi is really delicious! I wouldn’t say it’s cheap, especially since there isn’t much of a dine-in atmosphere for hanging out with friends, we ordered takeout.
But it’s definitely worth trying. I’m confidently giving it 5 stars. Great job, guys!
