They have amazing food! Came to NY to visit for a celebration of life service and the food was made by Ruggiero’s. Absolutely amazing! I would travel 6 hours just to have their food again! Too bad Door Dash doesn’t travel that far! I gave 4 stars for atmosphere only because we didn’t eat-in. I can’t wait to go back! The prices were very fair considering the quality of food they serve is so high. The portions are good-sized and the menu is packed with goodies! My favorite was the baked Mac and cheese. That was the best Mac and cheese I’ve had in a long time. The baked ziti was also VERY good. The sauce wasn’t too acidy like sauces from other places. I didn’t get any heartburn from any of their food, and I have a very sensitive stomach. Highly recommended!

I ordered mozzarella sticks from YOUR website and paid online….When I went to pick up my order, the rude girl at the counter said I still owed .75 cents because YOUR pricing Is wrong online? Really?? While my company often enjoys Ruggerio’s pizza, our recent experiences have been disappointing. A recent buffalo wrap was drenched in a strange, non-ranch white sauce and lacked any buffalo flavor. Today, our subs and paninis were missing half the toppings we paid extra for. For $15-$20 a meal, I expect accuracy and quality, so we will likely stop ordering from here.

Avoided this place for over a year cause order would always be wrong or food would taste like crap. Gave them a shot last weekend, wife ordered a sandwich they gave her the wrong bread, I ordered sub with cheese and I received no cheese and they added black olives which I’m allergic too so had to throw my whole sandwich out. $30 for sandwich and sub, both orders were wrong, guess we were right to stop going here!!

So disappointing, we ordered a 24 cut cheese pizza, a 12 cut chicken wing pizza and a sausage calzone, the 24 cut was so dry and tasteless, hardly any sauce or cheese and the chicken wing pizza had cheese and chicken, no sauce at all! Super dry and tasteless! The calzone was ok at best, the sausage tasted freezer burned. This was for a 4 year olds birthday party. We through out 12 slides of the cheese and 10 slices of the chicken wing pizza. All for $78!!! Never again going back and we’ve been going there for at least 10 years.

Ordered pizza and wings from here tonight pizza was okay. But I was disappointed I order there chicken wings I order them medium and I believe I got extra hot I couldn’t even get through one chicken wing without my mouth being on absolute fire. Haven’t been to Ruggerios in years but we decided to give them another chance last night. Now I know why I haven’t been back in years, ordered an eight cut cheese pizza and 20 wings for a grand total of $55. The pizza had about a teaspoon of sauce and a teaspoon of cheese on it and was way undercooked. The chicken wings were rubbery and a very hot pepper sauce. This was our last time coming here, if your help doesn’t know how to make a cheese pizza then that is just sad. Will continue to go the extra ten mins into Schenectady for pizza and wings.

Well, I thought of going here for a sub or pizza until I read the reviews. Recent reviews talk about the inferior food the poor attitude of the staff and it’s not just recently. The poor reviews go back years. This place is doomed. I wouldn’t order from here if I was starving !
