On multiple occasions I have received incomplete orders, poorly cooked food, cold food, and experienced less than stellar customer service. I have called the store when my order has been wrong (since you cannot get a refund through the app), only to never reach a person on the phone. I have left VMs requesting callbacks but have never received a single one. I am not driving back to the store during a busy family dinner to address missing food, but I do expect a courtesy call back. Chick-fil-A is typically the standard for fast food service and this location does not live up to that reputation.
Absolutely cold fries, lukewarm chicken and gave me the wrong drink.
Stood in the store for 10min to get my mobile order. Not once did I hear my pleasure from any employee.
I recommend any other place than this location.
Revisited here for the chance of winning a life time of food. A promotion just started now. Bought the extra cup, in a bag, but didnt get the golden cup, the winning cup. The cup cost $3.99.
Had the grilled chicken club also.
Chicken breast, dry as breasts usually are. Fries, a tad too much salt, I usually have no salt. Forgot to special order that. So to make the chicken less dry, I poured Polynesian sauce on each bite. Problem solved! Overall, typical Chick-fil-A standard.
One observation, the drive thru was sparse. I wonder if people were lined up at In-N-Out instead. In-N-Out just opened here recently.
I used the mobile app to place the order.
Disappointed that no discounts or first time user discounts. But app was easy to use. Price: $12.25 Chicken Club,
+$0.40 for a large Soda,
$3.99 for a chance to win the golden cup.
Go get your chance to win a free lifetime of Chick-fil-A!

Redeemed the coupon. Apparently, Manager Todd & cashier Dawson approached me as I waited for my food, which they delivered to my table. Both apologized for the previous experience. I told Todd that I appreciated Dawson’s actions to take responsibility for the cook’s error putting the wrong ticket on my order. Causing me not to receive my order in a timely fashion. Todd was not aware of that fact. I told Todd that the 1 star does not reflect the reason I gave it. It’s important to read my entire comment. In short, situation resolved. Chick FillA is one of the better fast food establishments in this town. Believe me, I’ve seen worse service in nearby fast food restaurants. Customer service nowadays is another story I’ll reserve for another time. Now time to eat my meal.
22 minutes to receive my food. Dine in. Asked cashier why they lost my order. Apparently the cooks put the wrong ticket on the food. The cashier Dawson took the time to explain. But food was typical standard food. Good as usual. But one big flaw is the table card. They use pictures to figure out your order. Keep it simple, use numbers. I’ve seen order after order, servers running around in circles asking people what they had. Not good. Who wants Cold food. Bottom line, don’t get orders wrong. Only if you had numbers on orders it would be more efficient. Apparently workers can’t figure out pictures cards. Also my order was dine in, originally they had it in a bag. But put it on a try after I complained. Lastly, I asked to speak to a manager but was told they’re too busy [now]. Cashier Dawson felt apologetic & gave me a coupon for a free chicken sandwich or nugget meal. Nice save.
