I had a wonderful dining experience at Abu Rass in Paterson NJ. The Arabic cuisine was absolutely delightful! The falafel was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the hummus was creamy and full of flavor. The fish dish was cooked to perfection, with just the right blend of spices. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it! It was a good service from fayiz

All meat was nice and tender; hummus and baba ganoush was nice and creamy

I ask if mango juice was fresh and they said yes so I ordered; it was good but the mango pieces on top were frozen

Abu Ras Restaurant gave us such a beautiful night! The food was amazing, the music was perfect, and the whole atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff made my friend’s birthday so special with the sweetest surprise it honestly meant a lot to us. Thank you to Shahen and the rest of the staff for being so kind and thoughtful. We left so happy. Highly recommend this place!

I had the BEST experience at Abu Rass! It was my first time trying Palestinian food and wow… everything was so delicious. The portions were super generous and the flavors were just perfect.
What made it even nicer was the vibe there. Even a street cat that hangs around was treated so kindly by the staff and customers, which really warmed my heart. ( I’m obviously a cat person)
So glad my sister brought me here — I’m already looking forward to going back next time I visit her.

The best restaurant I have ever been to, their food is so delicious and authentic. They are clean and organized. The staff are so friendly and welcome you right by the door. They helped me surprise my son in his birthday they sang happy birthday song in Arab it was so amazing we loved their atmosphere.

Very impressed with Abu Rass, it is definitely one of the best spots in NJ for shawarma and grilled meats. Everything from hummus to the perfectly seasoned meats tastes so authentic. Great value for the portions and the staff is welcoming. Highly recommend but just a heads-up, they also have hookah, so those with asthma or sensitivities to smoke may want to plan accordingly.

Best middle eastern food in Jersey hands down! The costumer service was immaculate, especially our waiter Shahin, he explained the menu perfectly and helped us get the BEST food. My birthday was today, and the whole staff came out and made a really big celebration for it which was insane. I love this place and I love how much they care about the small details.

We’ve visited this restaurant several times, and every experience has been excellent. The food is absolutely amazing, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the service is outstanding. The staff even remembers us each visit. Portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. We’ve had Ahmed and Shaheen as our servers multiple times—they make sure everything arrives perfectly. My family and I will definitely keep coming back, and we hope to have Ahmed and Shaheen again. I highly recommend trying this restaurant—you won’t be disappointed.

This was my first time at this restaurant, and I was so impressed! The service was excellent our waiter, Ali, was so kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. We started with some appetizers that were fresh and flavorful, the perfect way to kick off the meal. The main dishes were just as impressive everything was well-seasoned, cooked perfectly, and so delicious. Overall, the food and service together made it such a great experience. Make sure to come hungry! Fantastic portions for the price, and no shortage of delicious food! Try the dips and get the hot tea. Shahid and Ahkmed are were great servers.
