Ordered a large frappe, only got half of it…ordered a medium Diet Coke, only got half of it….ordered THREE cheeseburgers ALL with NO pickles and NO onion…got pickles and one burger had onions too. Ordered a large fry, not even close to completely full. Sorry there aren’t more pictures. Anyways, for the Diet Coke, I asked the guy if he could maybe fill my cup to the top. He scoffed (kid you not) and said “this is the amount of pop we give when you get light ice.” Okay… so I have been ordering light ice for probably 7 years now… I have never had that issue. I could literally go in and fill my cup…so why couldn’t they?? I couldn’t believe his disbelief for wanting my drink full. Hello?? Btw- WORST Diet Coke I have ever had and McDonald’s is usually my go to for Diet Coke! It was so bad I spit it out. Not to mention the taste of everything else was definitely off. Left an awful immediate bad aftertaste. My frappe was also gross. I’m not sure how you mess up this bad. My husband wanted to take me to my favorite fast food restaurant for our 3 month anniversary. I spent all day cleaning and the only thing I ate today was a little piece of chocolate…so I was starving! Spent almost 30 dollars tonight (not entirely all for me) and not one thing seems to have been right. I refuse to go back and ask for a complete meal replacement because how can a place get an ENTIRE order wrong! I’ve NEVER had a problem until now and I’m fed up! I loved McDonald’s but tonight was ridiculous! I don’t know if I’m going to go back again. Thank you to Oelwein McDonald’s for a very memorable 3 month anniversary. 🙁 VERY disappointed!

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times, the drive-up is a nightmare You wait to get your order placed, you wait forever for them to take your money. Then you wait even longer to get your food. I think both times it has taken me at least 30 minutes. So much for fast food

I have been to this mcdonalds location multiple times. Unfortunately, I have to say every time has been a let down. Whether it be not filling up fries the way their supposed to, cold food, unprofessional behavior, and dirty environment. This mcdonalds can do better. Oelwein can do better.

Waited in drive thru 15 mins for 2 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins at 9:15 am. Finally got to the window and they wanted me to pull ahead and wait longer for these two very simple items. This is unacceptable for so called fast food but it is a common happening at this particular location. I’d understand if it was at peak times. I told them to cancel my order and left, I bet I probably won’t see the money credited back to my account. I will never use this McDonald’s again!

Absolutely disgusting, beyond rude management and terrible wait time. After making the sandwich wrong the first time. The second time one patty was completely raw. You could smell the raw meat. Check your sandwiches before eating. Maybe don’t even eat here at all!

We ordered 2 fries and some drinks. Waited over 20 minutes to receive fries so old and fried they were crunchier then any potato chip and cold! Like they were nasty! Waste of our time and money!

It’s McDonald’s food…..service was very slow. I just ordered a kids meal for my child. They “forgot” his ranch. Found out I had to pay an extra 20 cents.

The food was ok. We were there for a few hours. The store was dirty when we got there and I did not see any cleaning happen in the dining area the whole time we were there. Went to use the restroom in the kids area before we left and the toilet was clogged with poop. I stood at the counter for at least ten minutes so I could tell someone but no one came.
