Love this pizza ranch location ! Staff is always so polite and fun ! Destiny was amazing ! Love the fresh food and the chicken is fire . I love the salad bar too i love everything about this place ! Plus they make whatever pizza you want ! Definitely if you are in the area or from out of town check out the pizza ranch on north oak trafficway! This is the last location standing in the area …and I definitely will be disappointed and sad if this one goes ! This is our lil spot ! This company is church based and also helps families or people in need ! Which definitely you dont see alot of but this is one business that takes care of their community

Pizza Ranch on North Oak is easily one of the best pizza buffet restaurants in the Kansas City area. The pizza was fresh, hot, and constantly being restocked, and the fried chicken was absolutely excellent—crispy, flavorful, and some of the best fried chicken you can get locally. The entire buffet was clean, organized, and well maintained.
Destiny provided outstanding customer service and really made our visit better. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was stocked and taken care of. It’s rare to see someone who genuinely cares about the customers’ experience the way she does.
You can also tell the manager is doing a great job running this Pizza Ranch location on North Oak. Everything was clean, the staff worked well together, and the restaurant had a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Strong management makes a huge difference, and it shows here.
The salad bar was fresh, and the dessert pizzas—especially the cactus bread—were amazing. This is a perfect place for families, kids, or anyone looking for the best pizza buffet and fried chicken in Kansas City.

Placed an order online for pickup, we went through the drive up window where I watched a few people look and walk by without stopping. When someone finally did come to window he slid it open and said “what up”. I get home and plate some chicken up for my kiddo before putting groceries away. Imagine the shock when I look up and notice the piece he is eating looks a bit undercooked! I check multiple pieces and we received a box of undercooked bloody chicken. When I called the person who answered the phone told me “oh that happens to a piece sometimes, it was cooked at the right temperature” I explain further that it is all of the chicken, not just a piece. I temped the chicken with a meat thermometer and it read 132 degrees…… I am MORTIFIED that I gave this to my child. I pray he doesn’t get sick.

I have not had a bad experience here yet. Staff always greets me with a smile and ask if there’s anything I need that I don’t see. My last visit, I had their chicken tenders with honey mustard – not what I would think of when I think of a pizza place, but I loved it. (I also can’t go a visit without having cheesy bread sticks, which I absolutely love, as they have a little zing to them! And the desert pizzas are so tasty!)
The price is not bad for a buffet, and I always get right in to a table. I’ll definitely be back!

The salad bar was dirty and out of salad mix, ranch, and several other items. The floors were really sticky and everybody who walked across them made those gross sounds of shoes sticking. Their ice cream would not work and they had several items out that they didn’t refill the entire time we were there. It’s over priced for the food you receive. Overall not a good visit.

Today is February 11, I love the potatoes edges they are so creamy! Love the pizza too and the chicken! Destiny was so kind and nice with us. We have a good time with the delicious food I am looking for come back soon!

This is where my son wanted to go for his 12th birthday and we loved it. Friendly staff and food was always kept up hot fresh and filled and busier kept tables cleaned. Very impressed with services and will be back. We were a family of 8 with 6 of them being kids ages 9 to 15 !

Pretty good place to eat with a nice variety of food for everybody! All the food was fresh and it didn’t take long to get busy! It was crowded quickly, but the staff kept the food fully stocked and fresh! Impressive! The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful! The restaurant was clean and arranged nicely! The temperature inside the building was astronomically hot compared to a normal air-conditioned restaurant. It was a struggle to eat or lunch and get out as soon as possible! Our lunch was definitely cut short! Prove for 4 adults and 2 kids was over $100…..
