The food is so delicious!!! I was visiting from out of town for my son’s birthday and I’m so glad we tried this restaurant! Everything we had was good and seasoned well! The shrimp and grits are some of the best we’ve ever had! Everyone loved their food! The server was amazing! I totally forgot his name but I remember him saying he’s from SC. He was great and I enjoyed chatting with him! He made the experience even better! We were a large group and he handled it all very well!! The food was so fresh and hot! Even the coffee was fresh and good! The prices are great very reasonable. The parking is plentiful. I wish they were in Greensboro NC! Maybe they will consider soon lol. I highly recommend and I would certainly go back! Especially if it was closer lol. Thank you all for great food and great service!

This place used to be really good. As of now, they have removed the pork shoulder cooked in duck fat from the menu. Arguably, one of their best entrées. They now charge $1.50 for a piece of bacon in a $16+ queen bloody Mary. What? $4 for a small condiment cup of avocado. The final straw was when my wife specifically asked for her eggs to be cooked so she didn’t have runny yokes. She bites into her food and the yoke is runny which grossed her out. They made her a new order and we got it to go. We get home and she said this one had a burned food taste. We look and these eggs were charred black on the bottom. Free radical city. For the price of the items here, it’s completely unacceptable and I can’t recommend this place anymore. It’s probably fine if you just want to sit at the bar and order drink. For food, try Early Girl Eatery or First Watch instead. They know how to properly cook their food and it’s not overpriced.

Food was fantastic! We all had a version of the chicken… Original and Bonfire famous chicken, and the smothered chicken. Chose the Brussel spouts for an appetizer and the biscuits. Both equally delicious! Highly recommend! Forgot to take pictures before we started digging in!

EAT HERE! AMAZING FOOD, DRINKS, AND SERVICE BY SAMANTHA!! We are here on vacation and were just driving through town and googled great places to eat. Tupelo came right up! We were not disappointed! They allowed us to bring a small dog onto the patio area and for that we are grateful! I had chicken fingers with crispy potatoes! See pic! DELICIOUS! And my friend had the chicken sandwich with bacon and a side of onion rings. See pic! The chicken was so good with lots of crunchies! The bun so fresh! We also ordered the crispy Brussels! The best we ever had! The crispy potatoes were the best thing Samantha recommended! Fresh watermelon lemonade sealed our great meal! Samantha, our waitress was so attentive and gave us the best recommendations when we couldn’t decide what to order. She was spot on and was the best waitress ever! Always checking on us to make sure we were doing okay! ❤️ this place! Compliments to the chef and our cooks! Our meal was fabulous!

We pulled in to this location by chance looking for a place to grab lunch and we were drawn in by the name Tupelo Honey right away. The interior was beautiful with cool lighting and beautiful stained glass pieces. The service was prompt and exceedingly friendly – our waitress made some very helpful menu suggestions. We ordered the chicken tenders (all 3 sauces were really tasty), shrimp and grits (super silky!), and two omelets (my friends said they were the best omelettes they’d ever had!) All the food was delicious. We also ordered a few cocktails – also very good. There was a great vibe here, everything was high quality, and we felt well taken care of here. Would highly recommend to others.

Omg! Hands down the best food I’ve had in a very long time. Next time I’m in North Carolina I’m definitely coming back!! Stopped by here with a group after working with Habitat for Humanity over the week and it was recommended by a few people in the area. Definitely worth recommending.

The pimento queso was a must try. How does one pass on anything pimento cheese when in the Carolinas?
