Me and my husband went there, after checking so many reviews. We ordered the fried wings and fishermen’s platter. Wings was huge quantity and really good, we enjoyed really. And i tried the famous ciroc obama drink. It was also good. But the food I really like… also, the vibe was good and everything we liked about the place. Will visit again. Next time we will try the steak.

Reasonable wait for a table on a Saturday night. We got our food in a timely manner, the food arrived before silverware. There was too much ginger beer in my mule. The salad was excellent, the crab meat was on point but the salmon was a little over cooked. The short ribs were a little tough.

Great food and very strong drinks.
I had a fish sandwich and fries. Those at my table had chicken wings. The French fries here were great. Crispy on the outside and soft inside.

They aren’t lying when they say they have the strongest drinks. Drinking here is not for the faint of heart. My rum punch was mostly rum and a bit of punch. It tasted great though. I had a large tequila shot that was like 3 shots in one. I couldn’t finish it but I appreciated the volume. The bartender was sweet and kind. He was a part of the fun inbetween his heavy pours. Very nice guy.

Sean the Manager was so kind made sure to check in on us. We had an amazing first experience at Stan’s. The Drinks were strong but still delicious (The Cirroc Obama was so good), and the food was amazing! Jack Jack was an amazing server and made us feel right at home. The wings are absolutely crucial and Red Velvet Cake was the perfect finish. Thanks for a great Dinner and experience.

Stans was AMAZING. I had the chicken tortilla soup Caesar salad and the rubuen sandwhich. It hot and fresh, very delicious. The manager (sean) was great and came by our table more than once to check on us and tell us what he recommends. Our waiter (Fenet) was adorable and very tentative to our needs. We loved this place so much tjat we are coming back on Thursday! Thanka so much Sean and fenet!!!!

I’m usually a huge stan for Stan’s, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. Today I ordered the crab cake stuffed haddock, which is explicitly advertised as having REAL crabmeat — and that claim is simply false.

As someone born and raised in Baltimore, MD, telling real crabmeat from imitation isn’t a preference, it’s a birthright. Real crab — even claw meat — has a distinct texture and density. What I was served was unmistakably imitation crab: overly flaky, fishy, and completely inconsistent with real Maryland crabmeat.

This isn’t a small detail or a matter of taste — it’s dishonest advertising paired with an unjustified upcharge. If a menu item claims “real crabmeat,” that claim needs to be honored. Period.

Until Stan’s is transparent and actually serves real crabmeat in dishes advertised as such, I strongly recommend avoiding any menu item involving crab. Baltimore diners know better, and we deserve better.

I’m sharing this not just to criticize, but to call for change. Either update the menu honestly or upgrade the product — but don’t insult customers by passing imitation crab off as the real thing.

Y’ALLLLLL

So boom. I pull up to Stan’s all calm, civilized, grown. Thought I was just gon’ have “a lil drink.” A LIL DRINK WHERE??!

Why is they pouring 4oz of liquor like they offended at sobriety?? In a 12oz glass?? That ain’t a cocktail, that’s a life decision. That’s a “text your ex and apply for a business loan” type pour.

It’s ducked off in the cut so I’m like… hmmm this either finna be sketch or legendary. Baby. LEGENDARY. Cute crowd, good energy, music hitting, and them drinks? Oh they not here to play with you. They here to baptize you.

I do NOT recommend if:
• You gotta drive.
• You got a 6am shift.
• You pretending to be responsible.
• You not tryna Get Fully Unhinged.

I DO recommend if:
• You wanna laugh loud.
• You tryna feel your ancestors two sips in.
• You ready to text “y’all I love you” to 17 people.

Stan’s said, “hydration is optional.” And I respect the honesty.

10/10 vibes.
0/10 sobriety.
Would absolutely risk it again.

Stopped in for dinner while on a business trip. Fun basement spot with a lively atmosphere. There was a Commander’s game on so they were pretty busy. I had the Chicken Alfredo and an Old Fashioned. Both were tasty and hit the spot after a long day. I certainly would go back and when I do I will have to try the chicken wings!

Made it back for wings. Nice a crispy!!

Let me start by saying we didn’t say anything about our food so in Stan’s defense they didn’t know there was an issue so therefore didn’t have a chance to fix it. The portions are plentiful. The chicken in the chicken Alfredo as well as the fish we ordered needed to be cooked just a little bit longer. The riblets were super dry. Service was wonderful.

I stumbled across this place seeing that it had good reviews and was praised for their chicken wings. The reviews were not wrong! The chicken is crispy, flavorful, and big. They don’t serve small wings, they’re medium to large. So good.

My only complaint about this place was for a cocktail. I had been drinking beer and decided to order an old fashioned as my last drink. Watching the bartender make it, I knew it wasn’t going to be good. Maybe I’m spoiled to bars that make Old fashioned with care and pride and not like a cheap club drink. It was absolutely disgusting. I took 2 sips, pushed it away, and asked my bill. The bartender asked if it was OK and I said no. He offered me straight bourbon to make up for it. But it still doesn’t negate how gross that drink was. If he hadn’t offered to make it right, I wouldn’t have given this place 5 stars.
